Scares the he** out of me if this is what you think the 'average' American woman looks like. Might be what you see in your mirror, but it's something I work hard to ensure is not in mine.

And by the way, even with the ridiculous vanity-sizing apparel manufacturers are using in the U.S. market, the only size 14 this woman could fit into is a mu-mu.

If she wants to be healthy and be around to raise her kids and know her grandchildren, she needs to push herself away from the table and get some exercise.

Just because she is the "average American female size" does NOT mean she is healthy. In case you haven't noticed, our country has an obesity epidemic. She NEEDS to lose weight for her health - point blank - check out a BMI calculator, please. I'm all for looking healthy and having curves - but at a REASONABLE BODY WEIGHT FOR YOUR HEIGHT. It is common sense. And yes, I'm happy they are happy and it does say volumes about Pierce as a person that he hasn't traded her in for a thinner model -they seem truly in love, which is sweet. It doesn't change the fact that she needs to lose weight. Medical fact.

It still amazes me that people feel it is completely appropriate to comment on what other people look like and/or what they "need" to do or whether or not they are destined for diabetes, and so on.

It's HER life, it is HER body, and no one here is living her life. It is unfortunate that "publications" like TMZ think it is fun to follow people around on vacation hoping to find shocking or revealing photos to show everyone.

I think before posting on other people, the TMZ staffers should put on bikinis, get wet, and have their photos taken with their swimsuits clinging to them. And then post the photos and invite criticisms.

Oh, and I agree that TMZ is adding to the anorexia/bulimia issue by inviting "fat" jokes. I'm glad to see so many posts who are infuriated by TMZ making fun like this. And to the person who posted that only fat people are offended.....think again.

Okay first of all, becoming a mom can do alot of damage to your body and sometimes you never get that body back. I think she is gorgeous and looks extatic and happy. GO THEM. It sucks that all these people are talking about how fat she is....but have we seen any of you??? NO! So get real...the world is filled w/ many mixed people...and most of us are happy w/ our looks..... BTW, Yes I am fat....but I am very happy w/ my looks!

I don't mind you slamming people like Britney Spears who are at least partially encouraging paparazzi. But a celeb's family as far as I'm concerned is off limits. A handsome guy with a less than perfect wife and they're still in love and married? They're obviously not from around Hollywood!

You people can defend FAT all you want. But Keely is MORBIDLY OBESE. At 50 lbs overweight my doctor told me I was MORBIDLY OBESE. I was shocked to hear these two words. I have since lost 35 lbs...took me a long while, but I did it.

Keely is not healthy. THAT'S A FRIGGIN FACT. But there is no reason why her husband shouldn't love her.

I hope she gets help and loses weight FAST.

Why are celebrities expected to be thin and perfectly dressed with makeup all the time? Why do you judge Pierce and his wife based on their body type! Aside from the fact that he has starred in movies, they are ordinary people.

I wish we could legally kill all fat people! It's gross. They can't stop eating and they always get dessert. Everywhere I go they can't control their eating. Ruins my appetite.
