17. No 15 yr old should be looking like Miley's make-over. Dyed black hair, overplucked eyebrows, too much make-up, too revealing dress. She will be our next Britney. What is wrong with her parents? She's lost her innocence and people who let their little ones look up to her are NUTS. But I do like her voice. It's not bad.
