Lindsay Lohan got some photogs all hot and bothered yesterday afternoon -- by doing nothing but a little shopping.


Lilo got paps audibly worked up by doing little more than crouching and barely bending over. These guys need to get some real action, stat!

19. I wouldn't allow some of these photographers near my kids or near me. A lot of them sound and behave like perverts, constantly zooming in on body parts or going for the upskirt shots. When did upskirt pictures start becoming so acceptable and tolerated?

20. It always amazes me how the celebs who go shopping all the time....most often look like they just rolled out of bed.

Don't these people have stylists?
