Rachel Bilson Ready to Flee the Country

Ever since "The O.C." was canceled, the glamour of Rachel Bilson's photo shoots has gone downhill!

The 26-year-old U.S. citizen was snapped while getting her passport photo taken at a Kinko's in Burbank on Thursday. When posing for a shot that's gonna last ten years, you'd think she'd want hair and makeup!

20. I don't know about the USA...but in Canada you are not allowed to have anything that can alter your appearance i.e. makeup, glasses, hair must be down, no smiling for passport photos.

21. Passport photos are *supposed* to look like mug-shots!! 10 years? Really? You guys are lucky; here in Canada our passports are only valid for 5 years and cost 85$ each!

24. If you travel alot, which she probably does, your passport fills up with visa stamps. After awhile, you have to replace your passport anyway; even if it hasn't been 10 years. I get a new one once a year!
