Pheobe Price was a moderatly successful international model who returned to the US to seriously pursue an acting career. She has had bit parts in several B and C movies and hosted for a while some kind of cable/reality show that wasn't that popular. Other than that she has done basically nothing. That's why no one knows who she is. What makes her the butt of so many jokes is that she will do ANYTHING to appear to be a movie star and get her picture taken. She'll show up on the red carpets and pose like a star and get her picture taken like mad, and people still don't know who she is. It has even gotten to the place the organizers of these events will invite her to attend only because she is at all of the other one, but even they don't know who she is. It is very bizaar. The only reason I know is because I was super bored one day and researched her. She has her own offical web page. It's great if you want a good laugh. We do though have to admire her determination.
