Yes, we know. By putting her picture up we are contributing to the trainwreck/famewhore/egotastic madness that is this "Phoebe Price." But come ON ... she is reading a magazine -- featuring HERSELF -- while pumping gas. In front of cameras.

UPDATE: Thank you to one astute TMZ reader who pointed out the handle on the gas pump is DOWN. She's not even pumping gas.

Apparently she gets upset when not recognized in general public as a celebrity(or D Class celebrity i should say),i tried to help her during a retail transaction and she got all upset when asked for ID, in a very rude way she tells me to pick any magazine if i didn't know who she was, well now i know who she is, a SKANK.
