Although it doesn't make sense for Britney to get a restraining order against Adnan, since she knew perfectly well that he was taking pics of her, she does have a history of bringing up stupid lawsuits against people and losing. She also has a track record of being sued by others, and losing. Face it, she doesn't understand the legal system because she is a HUGE dummy, and this is perfectly illustrated by how badly she is handling the legal issues regarding the custody of her kids.

Part of the problem of course, is that she doesn't listen to others, plus she is is mentally challenged, so having her in charge of her own affairs is a recipe for disaster.

81. A restraining order is issued by a judge/court not something you pull out of a cereal box, and they require a hearing. Given Spears aversion to appearing in court, I find this story a bit hard to believe. Even if she did get it filed through an attorney, there would be a court record of it, and the court would've had an obligation to inform Adnan of the order. Oh, the drama goes on...

85. Britney you need to pull it together girl! First lock all your doors and windows,pull down the blinds and go take a nice long shower. Decide on a color for your hair and fix it up nice. Use some deodorant. Put on your panties and a nice travel outfit. Then go to another country,one that has a fabulous spa and nice grounds for meditation. Stay a long time,unwind and drop all affectations beginning with the British accent. While you are there,obtain the services of a really good Phychiatrist who can help you with all your emotional baggage and help you to change your behavior. When you come home work on a good plan to get your kids back. Oh, and by the way, keep that shower thing going. You're looking a little seedy lately. 87. If Brit's suffering from bipolar mania (and it sure looks like it), this behavior is typical. She will 'target' those closest to her with manic-born agitation. I've been on the other end of this agitation and the courts entertain the behavior in part as lesson to the manic and in cost-shifting back onto the public, rather than care for the mentally ill as they once did. But Brit will come down off her manic-high one day only to realize she did many things she never intended. And some relationships will be forever broken. Here's hoping she gets the help she needs. Though it's not likely to happen in the U.S. with health care the mess that it is.
