Sundance Fans Go Apes**t for Paris

Paris knows how to rile a crowd -- and keep them there! The heiress was spotted at the Turning Leaf Lounge at Sundance Film Festival, and she was surrounded by a ridiculous amount of fans and photogs -- all wanting a lil' bit of her attention. Paris hasn't been this popular since she was in the pokey!


Word is that Paris' celeb stock has gone down recently, but according to all the people in Park City, UT she's still got it. And they can keep it.

121. Well, some of the votes are in on P’s “The Hottie & the Nottie.” This film’s biggest downfall is Paris Hilton. “She looks nice,” said one critic, but as soon as she opens her mouth, you want to put a gun in yours.”

Will someone please get this woman away from the entertainment industry before she humiliates herself and bores us any further?

122. Let’s clear something up here.

The Sundance Film Festival is a very serious and prestigious event. I am not referring to people like Hilton. Neither she nor her cheap film have the quality to be remotely considered as part of the official lineup by Sundance – it hasn’t it even been mentioned.

Hilton is part of the fringe group of users who try to use the festival to stir up interest for their less-than-quality films or for themselves. Attention hogs and narcissists like Hilton cater to the photogs, and tourists that drink and party until 3:00 am and squeal along Main Street hoping to see someone from “Hollyweird.”

One aspect of this festival has absolutely nothing to do with the other.
