We need to just sit back and wait and see - I saw some pix that she looked decent (finally) - it's a step in the right direction - it won't happen over night and thats where the test will be - if she thinks this will turn things around immediately she's sadly mistaken -but it doesn't hurt. She has a long hard road in front of her - we can only hope for the best and see if she stays straight - she has a long history that shows she moves 5 steps forward then 10 steps back

I hope the depo is productive, and she’s not sitting there refusing to respond. Remember, the Commish allowed 2 independent observers to be there instead of having her depo videotaped as Kevin wanted.

What I hope, most of all, is that she’s decided not pursue the custody case and the lawyers are working out a deal to give her very limited, supervised visitation. Not for her, but for her sons, so that they won’t have abandonment issues.

65. Hey, it doesn't makes Britney the better person she is after shows up at Depo today.. Britney has lots more of court dates and other depos coming.. Just wait and see.. I bet you.. Some will be other of court dates, or depos Britney might decides to not show up.. just like her drug tests 8 out of 14.. Count how many times did she show up out of last couple court dates or depos? It is not over yet..

69. Just because she has shown up for 1 depo, doesn't mean anythng. She is obviously afraid of something, or she would have sat for the depo a long time ago. For all we know, there could be many more for her to sit through. The interactions that she has had all weekend with the paps, the judge will see the videos and such, and that won't go over well with the judge. For those who are getting excited about her "coming back" and "doing what she needs to do", I wouldn't get too excited. I wouldn't be surprised if the judge makes her go through quite a lot of hoops before even seeing the kids. She won't get custody back, if anything maybe supervised visits set up at a different location, According to other sites, she was talking in her british accent over the weekend, so she has not come back down to "our" planet yet. She should go for a pysh evaluation though.

74. i know everyone was on the "hater her" bandwagon, but maybe that meltdown, even though wrong as it was, was a good thing for her. i like celebrity news *thus why i'm here, but i did hear something interesting and wonder if it was true - about a secret meeting w/Britney and Kevin at the 4 Seasons last week with a mediator - it was the same day that the cops were cracking down and issuing tickets outside the hotel b/c the paps were trying to get pics of her leaving. i hope it would be true - i think regardless of what is going on, there is still a pending case going on and she is still the mother of those children, and he should not ignore her just b/c things didn't work out. hopefully, this is a step in the right direction -

and congrats to Britney for getting rid of Carla! after all, she was probably the one that kept leaking the depo dates beforehand. heard she was let go while Britney was in Cedars - she was let go for "calling the media" and "lying to the media and Kevin's lawyers". that would make sense, since at the last hearing, both sides made a motion for a witness to be squashed and it was granted. so TMZ, PLEASE be certain to NOT post any interview with that girl - she had made it from Maid, to Assistant, and blew it. Wonder if she was your inside "source" - if so, i feel bad for Britney actually, b/c even K-Fed and his Lawyers kicked her statements to the curb.

75. I believe strongly that Brit has been cast in a negative light by the press. Sensationalism sells, and whoever becomes a target for the OCD press, is in for it.
It just amazes me that the public goes along and forms their opinions about people in the news based on sensationalism. Doesn't anyone have critical thinking skills? Is there no ordinary uneducated person who is smart enough to realize that most of the stuff they put on celebs is all hype?

I would go a little nuts if my kids were ordered to go to a man whose only reason for wanting them or getting involved with Ms. Speers in the first place was monetary. Why is it that when men are sued in court, the public can immediately see the liklihood that the person suing might be doing it just for the money, but when a woman is being sued, the public look immediately at the unfounded and unsupported argument of the man and believe all the crap he puts out? K-Fed planned this all along;. to get her pregnant so he could get the kids for her money. He doesnt even love those kids, if he did, he would have left them with their mother, or would have taken a 50 50 split in custody. Does he or anyone really believe that those kids wont know they arent loved by him? Brit is doing the best she can. Any, and I mean, ANY, mother who really cared about her kids would nut up if they were forced out of her hands, esp unjustifiably.
