Jessica Alba's Public Exam

Unbeknownst to her, a crude photog went low -- real low -- by trying to take pictures up Jessica Alba's skirt.

The pap smear took place as the mom-to-be made her way down Melrose Ave. last week. Under California law, anyone who uses a "concealed" camera to shoot pics "under or through the clothing" of the person being photographed is guilty of a misdemeanor. So, the camera is out in the open but as far as Jessica is concerned, it's concealed. What do you think?

8. To stick a camera underneath someone's skirt should be illegal. It's one thing if a celeb flashes you and you get it on camera, its another thing to go underneath a skirt, thats just low and disgusting.

14. There is HARRASSMENT involved in this incident.
It is NOT LEGAL to take pictures up a passing woman's skirt. I'm sure this is grounds for a lawsuit, or at least criminal prosecution.
