180. Sadly enough, for the big money shot I doubt that a simple "Misdemeanor" charge would stop any paparazzi from doing this. Also note that the camera must be concealed, does that imply that if the camera is out in the open it is ok per the law to do this? Upskirting is a dirty dirty business and the supreme court is looking at many cases regarding this issue. As a woman I feel this is a gross invasion of privacy. The thing that is amazing is that these photographers would not allow this to happen to there own daughters, sisters, mothers, lovers. But it is ok to do it to strangers. Sick, Sick, Sick.
One of these days the will do it to the wrong woman, and they will end up beaten up or killed. And some poor schmuck defending the privacy of his family will go to jail for murder.
We really need to pass legistlation making this form of photography completly illegal without express written consent from the party being photographed.
