Jessica Alba's Public Exam

Unbeknownst to her, a crude photog went low -- real low -- by trying to take pictures up Jessica Alba's skirt.

The pap smear took place as the mom-to-be made her way down Melrose Ave. last week. Under California law, anyone who uses a "concealed" camera to shoot pics "under or through the clothing" of the person being photographed is guilty of a misdemeanor. So, the camera is out in the open but as far as Jessica is concerned, it's concealed. What do you think?

76. There is absoluetly no way Jessica Alba did anything to deserve this! No woman does, even Paris who purpolsey exposes & flaunts herself. So for the few LOSERS bad mouthing Jess don't hate her cause she's beautiful, hate her cause your NOT!

78. How about when the 'pap caught on video chasing Paris Hilton down the street aiming up her skirt a few months back was shown doing so on this very site? I didn't hear the outrage then? I didn't see the pics he took either and maybe that's a good thing? I just hate the whole concept of these stalkers and I hope society puts an end to it one day (hopefully sooner than later) whether by laws or whatever means? Having said that; Britbrit sleeping with and addicted to them doesn't help? Maybe they could call the anti-paping laws 'brits law or something? It's just ain't right!

What the hell are you talking about? You said as far as the law is concerned he should be able to take a picture of a beautiful woman in public. But that is not what he is doing! He is breaking the law! How ignorant of you to make a comment as if the guy had every right to do it b/c she had the nerve to be walking in public down the street. What he did IS ILLEGAL and she would have every right to press charges.

81. questor, are you kidding me with that post?! lol i'm trying to force my opinions on you? are you serious... right wing? anit-abortion? what the hell are you talking about - what does that have ANYTHING to do with a photog going up a woman's skirt for a picture? lol you are obviously not a reasonable person, and i'm sure all, if not many, would agree, so that is all i have to comment back to you on. there's always got to be some moron on here to keep the conversations going (ahem, spammer, paid bloggers) - i dont think you're good enough for that, but it's not worth the time. you obviously have too much time on your hands to come up with an idiot answer like that, so good day - and go back to X17 where you get paid your real money- i know you're just dying to use sympols and numbers and all that fun stuff.....

84. I like the paparazzi and am happy that they take pictures and videos of celebrities. It's all part of the fame that goes along with the huge paychecks that celebrities get. But this particular photographer was way out of line. Would that photographer like it if someone did that to his wife or girlfriend? He definitely should be fined and/or fired for that. It wasn't a mistake. He was doing that deliberately. Inexcusable.

89. Of course it's NOT against the law - the camera isn't hidden. YES, the photog is a total creep and should be severely kicked & beaten about the head and torso, but he's not breaking any laws.

Judging by the Poll results, a whole lotta people need to double check their law books and rethink their assumptions about what's legal and what's not. Just because it's disgusting and rude, doesn't make it a crime...

And don't go thinking I'm defending the guy! Had I have been there, he'd have been picking bits of broken camera out of his teeth and digesting the rest.
