For those of you who think this was "planned".. I can tell you... this is one of women's biggest fashion fears! Its very, very easy to end up with the back of your skirt inside your underwear or pantyhose. whenever I come out of the bathroom at work, the last thing I always do is check my backside in the mirror to make sure this doesn't happen.

So I doubt she knew it happened... and I am actually ashamed of the photographer who didn't bother to tell her. Someone could've told her
