31. I just wanted to send my prayers, love, and thoughts to lil Matilda and Michelle. No child deserves to lose her daddy! Heath was an awesome actor and Hollywood won't be the same... WE LOVE YOU HEATH!!!! RIP.

ps. THANK YOU to TMZ for always updating the site... I don't get why people complain about something that was their choice to read and completely free of charge.....

32. If you read the news (ie, NOT this gossip site) you'll find that he was on the floor because the masseuse and housekeeper put him there. Not the paramedics. You guys reporting this news: do you ever actually read news before "reporting"?

33. I just dont understand why all these ppl in hollywood- or New york in this case get soo sad and lonely? I mean i feel awful for his lil daugther Matilda- but why end it like this? Im guessin being in the public eye every two seconds has alot to do with it and i cant comprehend how suckful that would be- im guessin were goin to see alot more of this kinda stuff this year- lets hope brittneys not next!

34. What a sad sad day with the loss of this beautiful man .I can't see him causing any harm to himself as he really loved his little Matilda.Maybe he was feeling ill & took a pill to try & sleep . 37. I just want to say what a total loss of a great man. god knows how many times i have watches ''10 things i hate about you'',and my son watching'' lords of dogtown''.. Heath was a nice,laid back man that was normally always smiling. i love the fact he spent such great amount of time with his daughter Matilda,not all fathers would do that.. REST IN PEACE HEATH ,YOULL BE VERY MISSED.

TMZ----it was YOU GUYS who falsely reported that he was found face down on the floor. Now you are acting like you were the ones who reported the correct information.

I'm glad to see that so many people have noticed how horribly you guys have covered this entire tragedy. Everyone at TMZ should be ashamed of themselves. Of course, most of the people at TMZ are probably way too stupid to even know what "ashamed" means.

If you got the facts verified in the first place, you wouldn't have to spend so much time backtracking and mysteriously removing the updates where you published completely false information.

It's events like this that really separate good journalists from bad.......and you guys suck.

39. You know I wanted to call TMZ a bunch of bumbling baffoons to but I scrolled down and saw that the "police" told TMZ that Heath was on the floor naked face down, so that's what TMZ reported. The eagerness for TMZ to report this is that they want to be the up to the minute reporters even if all the facts are not clear..

40. After thinking about it [how fast news is put out] It doesn't matter who is getting it quicker, what matters is the viewer and what news source he depends on the most and where they go. I usually go to CNN or MSNBC.. I come to TMZ for my daily laugh and how much they can trip over themselves in getting a vague story LMAO!

Trilogy--I agree with you completely. I enjoy a good laugh and I get that from TMZ from time to time, even if it's mostly laughing at how they trip all over themselves to get erroneous information posted faster than anyone else. Then they change the copy when they are corrected and act like they were the first with the correct information.

Some people say that TMZ breaks so many stories before other news organizations.......well, it's like con-men seers, it's sheer volume. They make claim after claim after claim.......and eventually some of those claims will turn out to be true. It doesn't make them reputable or even reliable, just desperate.

But yeah, good for a laugh now and then. And then I go elsewhere to actually verify the information.
