Brit Wants What Judge Has Already Ordered

TMZ has learned Commissioner Scott Gordon has repeatedly ordered Britney Spears to undergo a psychological evaluation but she has refused to comply.

We're told the Commish has issued multiple orders -- known as a 730 evaluation. Now, as we just reported, Brit's family and professionals have devised a plan to get her mental health help in a "creative way." But given his previous orders, the Commish may not be receptive, and almost certainly K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will object.

Evaluating bipolar disorder is a long process. If it's done pursuant to a 730 evaluation, the results are submitted to the court. If the Commish were to accept the alternative form of treatment, a doctor-patient privilege could prevent certain information from making its way to the court (unless the privilege is waived).

Here's the likely scenario based on what we're hearing: K-Fed (and probably the court) will not want Brit to bypass the 730 evaluation process. That could make it unlikely for Brit's lawyers to win a bid to regain visitation in a therapeutic setting.

We'll be live streaming video at the courthouse tomorrow morning. Stay tuned.

91. How like K-Fed to NOT want his sons to have a mother who's mentally stable!

92. Ok, how funny was it the other day when one of the paps asked which part of England she was from...I was rolling! The look on her face was priceless!
I agree!! I was waiting for a witty answer but we just got “deer in headlights” look. She probably couldn’t name a city in England! She is an embarrassment to the the US and UK!

93. Britney is wasting tax payer money. The court should force her to pay for the money wasted in her. She is a starved crazed woman who is addicted to attention. I am sure that if she get billed for the time she makes the court open sesssion for her she will stop. Trust me, she will start behaving normally. Also, she doesn't comply with the payment, tax her higher than the rest of the tax payers. She has been manipulating the court and the system. Enough! She is an adult. If she wants to act crazy, the world is full of wackos. She will blend in. And she love to have a bunch of leaches near her. If she wants to waste her money in a low life style, be my guest!!!!! It's your choice. No one can implant some intelligence in her stupid head. She is just a moronic imbecil. So much money and no class. And smelly too. Yikes!

94. Brit is "F" up.....She should NOT be allowed to see her kids until she gets herself straightened up for good. If us average Joe's has done what she's done we would have lost the kids long ago. That being said, those who take pictures for a living, running out into traffic causing safety hazzards should be arrested on the spot. They should make it a law that you need to get a permit to do their job, with the undertanding that taking pictures which causes safety hazzards will be cause for losing that permit.

95. Shar Jackson is not an 'almighty' anything. She is just a woman who had two children with Kevin Federline. That makes her two children half siblings with Britney's two children. Shar's children are part of Britney's children's family.

Apparently a 730 psychological evaluation has been ordered for Britney many times. She has not followed through. I don't think her two little boys should be used as a bribe to get her to do it. If she wants to see them, she should follow through on court orders.

Britney keeps saying she would 'do anything' for her babies. So far, she has not done much of anything. See, even if she doesn't think she has a problem, she should go for the evaluation anyway. It would be part of that infamous 'anything' she would do for her babies.

96. This woman needs individual therapy not therapeutic visits with her children. According to the info given she has refused a pshychological evaluation. How can she do therapeutic visits until they know exactly what she needs therapy for?? And the children are babies...they do not need to be a part of her therapy. I pray the judge does not bring them back into her chaotic sick world. They need stability in their lives not Brittany Spears. She is in denial of her mental health issues. Until she can be properly diagnosed and given appropriate treatment for her illness and showing much progress in ongoing prolonged therapies then even any kind of discussion off seeing her children should not be considered period. A full treatment plan needs to be done with her doing intensive prolonged therapy after diagnosis, taking parenting and nurturing classes, ongoing random ua's, and what ever else is needed. I doubt that Ms. Spears will comply.

What an idiotic comment. The Commissioner has asked Britney to get a psyc evaluation several times. Why on earth would KFed want to subject two small children to Britney's evaluation? Would you do that to your children? No way. If she goes and gets herself well FIRST, then she MIGHT have a shot at seeing her children. Right now, all she's doing is playing with everyone and you've fallen for it.

98. Maybe NOW Brit can get the help she so desperately needs- and maybe that jerk No-'Nads will go leech off someone else.

Yah, maybe she will get THE WAKE-UP CALL SHE NEEDS, or at least a good kick in the ass. Stupid skank doesn't deserve those kids. She doesn't want them anyway. At least K-fed is making an effort. What's her excuse? That's right. She doesn't have one. Well, at least not a valid one.

99. how funny is it that we are basing all of our opinions on what the tabloids say? i like reading this crap myself, i'm guilty, but really, all we can do is judge her by what we read, since she has not spoken really since her Matt Lauer interview. I think if she spoke by now, things would be the way they are, but the press feels she is free game since she doesn't. how do we even know this story is true? how many times have they posted a story that there was no follow-up? the problem with that is it sticks in our minds, and we believe it to be true, so it just compounds our opinions on people. I'm not just talking about Britney, that's anyone in general, celebrity or not. I'm not saying she hasn't done some stupid things, and i'm not saying they should be excusable, but we are really only getting ONE side of a complicated story, and that is the media's "sources"....

But in all honesty, this IS a child custody case, and it is a private matter, and should be held that way. Despite what she does in public, the only people that really know what is going on is the people in the courtroom. She is clearly trying to get her affairs in order and I don't think we should judge her on the "timing" of getting it done, the point is, she's doing it. It doesn't matter is she is a celebrity, or she loves the attention, or is as some would say, an "attention wh*re", the point is, some things should remain private. i wish her luck ...

100. Britney,Jayden , Sean and yes even K fed are in my prayers!! Peope judge Britney Spears as if they know what it's like to be given so much power, fame, beauty, talent, and money as Americas Pop Princess at such a young and tender age. This beautiful, blessed creature of God Almighty just needs to learn to live for herself( first I think she needs to find out who the heck she is besides pop star) and heal herself through self discovery, and then live every day for her God and her kids. Britney can also go on to be a spokes person for teen and childhood rights, i.e. NO exploitation of ANY child under the age of 18!!! We need to view Hollywood with the same childhood rights as the porn industry, absolute PROTECTION for all child actors/ artists. Hollywood will just have to use computer animation for their false world of pretend realities where children are concerned. You may make the point that not all child performers are messed up. but if we save just one, isn't it worth it???

GOD BLESS BRITNEY. Right. When she drops off the face of the earth. Idiot.

102. Britney would benefit greatly from seeing her children. Her children would also benefit from being around their mother, regardless of what we all assume to think about her. Those children need PARENTS and whether we like it or not, Britney is a parent. Yes, she needs help, but she should also see her children. In a therapeutic setting, this can be helpful for both her and her children.

Why should she get her way. If she really wanted them. she would have proven it long ago. Now, all of a sudden, she shows interest because she is finally realizing that not everyone on the planet wants to kiss her ass, like you. Idiot.

Time for Kevin to step up to the plate---Wow, what closet have you been living in. He is the only one, so far, that has stepped up to the plate d-ass. Idiot.

105. For all of you who are making speculations about whether Britney is bi-polar, has multible personalities or has postpartum depression and just could not at all fathom that her behavior is just might be that of a selfish, spoiled brat, let me remind you of Paris Hilton's behavior and attitude when she was in trouble.

When the judge finally did come down hard on her and picked her up, and the subsequent stay in jail finally got through to her that she not only has the same rights as every other common man, but she also has the same responsibilities and must obey judges orders to appear before his court. Her jail stay taught her a lesson. Sure, she is still the prima dona, but she did make some much needed changes in her life.

Britney is nothing more than a spoiled, thoughtless, selfish individual who needs a good whopping to the backside and some action taken by the commissioner to let her know just who is the boss.
