32. Last I heard the police DO NOT make the ruling as to whether a death is accidental or otherwise. They are not medical examiners. The evidence at the scene likely confirmed one possibility or another but until the ME reports with findings, this is just yet another rumor that TMZ is sharing with the masses.

37. I am sorry he is dead .... it is a great sadness for his daughter .... his acting was SO SO at best ... never the less, he died too young!

44. to me Heath's death is a shock, he was a very talented actor. I was a fan and i am very sadden to see him go like this at such a young age. Lets see what the medical examiner has to say before we predict anything. My heart goes to his little girl and Michelle.
