47. These are truly the darkest day's of young Hollywood. First the sudden death of Brad Renfro, then the post-humous obit drama of a very much alive Britney Spear's, and now the irony of Anna Nicloe Smith man style of Heath Ledger. What's up with the prescription pill biz? It has become apparent that these are only being used in some circles as coping devices rather than being used for what they were intended to be. He will now join the rank's of such notary people like, Brandon Lee(R.I.P. forever), Buddy Holly, James Dean, and River Phoenix. All of these star's met with untimely death's. Maybe the star's need to see what's written in them before they take the faux leap of faith that they are seeking once they arrive at LAX. The view is much better from the nosebleed section. Maybe Britney needed to marry Tom Cruise? Thing's couldn't get anymore stranger than that. Science Rodeo-7-11 style. To Heath may you go to the place of eternal rest and be at peace.

Who does TMZ think is stupid enough to believe the cops are talking to TMZ or anyone else in the media while they are still investigating the scene and the body has not yet even been removed? If TMZ is even on the scene, they are down on the street talking to oafish gawkers.

49. They actually have not had time to do all the work to say it was accidental. It just now happened, they first have to do a toxicity test and an autopsy. That will take time. So NO they don't know if it was accidental or not.
