Most women who have a young child would weigh out all options before jumping into a divorce. Heath may have had an ongoing drug porblem, and this may be why she divorced him- very sad.

56. Well, we all know Mary-Kate has done her fair share of coke.... there may be more that we don't know about just yet. As of right now though, it's sounding unfortunately like it may have been suicide OR an ACCIDENTAL overdose.
The pills though were supposively also over the counter, not prescription.
