92. He was interviewed a few weeks ago and said that filming "'The Dark Night" playing the Joker troubled him and that he was only sleeping a few hours a night and was taking Ambian and other over the counter sleep aids. I just think this is a tragic accidental overdose.

97. Don't rush to judgement that it was illegal drugs, or that he overdosed deliberately as a suicide, or that he overdosed accidentally like River Phoenix.

Information is spotty and rushed out right now, and it's unclear if they were prescription or OTC; we don't know what medications he was taking, and it is very possible that he took a medication that he was

a) allergic to, and didn't know it (would cause anaphylactic shock and cardiac arrest)
b) interacted with another medication he took
c) he misread the label and took too much

Or other possibilities, what if the medication he was taking was because he had a heart condition that he never revealed to the public?

There is just no real reason right now to assume anything other than the very sad and tragic fact that a great young man and actor is dead and it is a tragedy.

And calling Mary-Kate Olsen all kinds of horrible names is really just juvinile and mean-spirited. What is the point of that?

Rest in peace, Heath. And for everyone who is searching for "why", I'm sure we'll know more after the autopsy.

101. I can't believe this..what the hell is going on????. 2 actors within 8 days of each other, both through drugs, script or not. Both leaving kids. Jesus, what a f***ed up situation & what a f***ed up world...what a happy new year these families are having.

You know, I sit back and read all the juvenile statements that people are making about Heath Ledger and Mary-Kate Olsen and it's very sad that when a person dies, whether it was a overdose or an accident, that they would stoop to the level that they do. This man was young, too young by our standards. He leaves behind a beautiful daughter that will have to hear what people are saying about her father and not really know the man that he was and what he left behind. He was 28 years old. What a sad situation.
