How Heath's Body Was Discovered

The Olsen twins' connection to Heath Ledger's apartment is now clear.

Here's the way it went down. A cleaning lady for Heath arrived at the apartment first, followed soon thereafter by a masseuse. They both entered the room at around the same time and discovered Heath's lifeless body.

The cleaning lady called police. The masseuse, we're told, called the bodyguard for the Olsens. She called him because they're friends and he's an EMT. The bodyguard was around the block at Ashley's and he immediately went over. By the time he arrived, the cops were already there.

We're also told it appeared Heath "had been dead for a while" and there were no visible signs of trauma. There was a pill bottle on the nightstand.

Pay no attention to the insensitive comments. The vast majority of people who make wacked out and disgusting comments after a death like this don't really mean it. They are trolls and are just doing it for shock value to see what kind of responses they will get. Ignore them.

70. The NYCPD is now saying they were OTC sleeping pills. Over the counter sleeping pills contain nothing more than Benadryl (diphenhydramine)... not a particularly lethal medication unless taken in HUGE quantities. More dangerous if you mix it with alcohol, as with any medication. He was in London on Saturday, meaning he had to make a long transatlantic flight sinc e then, which is a good way to get a DVT - deep vein thrombosis - or a blood clot in the leg. And when those blood clots break loose, they become pulmonary embolisms - blood clots to the lungs. Or the heart. Often causing death pretty quickly. Especiallly in young people who would deny that sudden pain in their chest could be anything serious. I also read he was being treated for pneumonia - so his lungs were not in great shape to begin with. I've seen certain viral and bacterial pneumonias suddenly kill other young people. But, when it comes to our movie stars, we always WANT to think the worst. A pulmonary embolism just would not be a sexy enough way for a young movie star to die, would it?

Yeah you are right, i was just pissed cuz some people joke with this, and like i said i know how it feels to lose someone. i lost my dad 2 years ago and i still have not gotten over it. My dad died of pneumonia (ithink thats how it is...sorry if cant spell...) and i read heath was suffering with that and it just brought it all back to me. Its horrible. Plus i was a fan...like big time....and it sucks my favorite actor probablu died just like my daddy died, maybe he did not die from that but well he had it. So anyways thanks for the answer.

73. hello, i just want ask everyone a question, ya know, none of us are guaranteed the next 10 minutes in life, theres no assurance that you will be here tomorrow, or next week, do any of you ever wonder where you will end up if you do die? Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the light, NO one comes to the father, EXCEPT thru me'! i only can only hope that whoever is reading this, please think about giving your heart to Christ, ask him to forgive you of your sin, tell, him you believe he is the son of God, sent to this world to die for our sins, he took our punishment on the cross, its Gods will, that NONE should perish, but come to know him, everyone oneof us are going to end up somwhere, either in eternity with Jesus, or in hell with satan and his minions, and this is nothing pleasant to discuss, i agree, a vast majority of people think that all 'good' people go to heaven, that only murderers, and rapists, child killers go to hell, not so, God said, 'there is none good, but one' his son Jesus, if anyone wants to know more, you can go to a link called, ' wayofthemaster.com im not on here to pbe preachy, i care about what happens to people when they die, and dont know Jesus as thier savior, if im persecuted for my post, then that good, at least i know im doing what im called to do. thats to share the gospel of Christ, did Heath go to be with the Lord, i cant answer that, not for me to judge, but it doesnt look good, by the whole situation, and my heart aches for not knowing, but its in Gods hands, God Bless you all.
