As far as reality TV not being a job-tell that to all of the people who have made millions off of reality TV. Maybe YOU are the ignorant one. Denise paid that young guy to drive her butt to court in HER car - pathetic
She's a bad bad person. A real single mom works hard to feed her children not FEED off of them.
Charlie needs to appeal this.
Ask for a new judge. She's so very jealous that he has a beautiful fiancee who's a terrific person and way more beautiful that she is. Oh and younger. That's probably why she aims to punish him and in effect her kids.
Alas, don't wooy nobody's going to watch her show and it will be cancelled. I'd rather spend my time cleaning a toilet.

21. AT LEAST CHARLIE WAS TRYING TO PROTECT HIS KIDS,OBVIOUSLY MORE THAN DENISE HAS THOUGHT TO DO IF SHE'S SO INTENT ON EXPLOITING THEM!! THIS WOMAN IS ONLY IN THE NEWS BECAUSE OF THE MEN SHE SLEEPS WITH AND THEIR FAME, AS FAR AS I KNOW SHE'S NEVER BEEN A REAL STAR IN ANYTHING - PITY THE POOR COMPANY MAKING THE REALITY SHOW, THERE'S NO CHANCE IT WILL LAST, THOUGH I PITY THE POOR KIDS MORE HAVING HER FOR A MOTHER!! 22. I think it is tacky to put THEIR kids in HER show if HE objects. I think BOTH parents should be in FULL agreement. As usual I think Denise is exploiting the situation for her advantage. Her carer must really be in the tank to use them to for her show. I bet Heather is not surprised though :-)

23. She's a house wrecker and a horrible mom. Since everyone agrees on that, don't watch her show so that it could be tanked in a couple of weeks. Hopefully we could tank her stardom along with it.

25. I agree with the comments that this is unacceptable behavior for a mother (and a judge - children's best interest - ha!). Unfortunately, people may watch her reality show and yet probably not see how unbalanced and damaged she is as a person. Shame on Seacrest for stooping so low and and shame on Denise for including the children. She is a dysfunctional person with little regard for her children. Hope Charlie will be a positive influence on his chilren and make up for the very self-centered and self-absorbed Denise.

30. sounds like the judge wants to be on the show....why in heaven's name would someone in the justice system allow 2 small children to be exploited, knowing good and well the mother and father constantly fight over custody......Hollyweird!
