Law enforcement has confirmed to TMZ prescription pills were strewn around Heath Ledger's bed. The cops are waiting for the Medical Examiner.

55. this is sad...he had huge potential...I remember when I saw him in The Patriot...he was being billed as the next Mel Gibson (which was a good thing at the time).
Wow, Dark night is going to be a lot more powerful now...reminds me of Brandon Lee and the Crow..different but tragic nonetheless.

57. not for nothing..not that i knew the man personally, but i don't think this was something that happened on purpose. It was even suggested that this was a stunt for the joker movie coming out...i just don't see it. I mean with Brad renfro ya kinda saw it something...but not Heath Ledger :(
