Britney's Bipolar Treatment Plan

TMZ has learned the general nature of the medical intervention for Britney Spears.
Britney Spears
As we first reported, Britney is suffering from some sort of bipolar disorder. For months, Commissioner Scott Gordon has repeatedly ordered her to undergo psychological tests, but she has not complied.

Brit's divorce lawyers have devised a plan to get Brit into treatment. Sources now say it's outpatient treatment that would allow professionals to "evaluate and treat" her condition.

We're told Britney is "receptive" to the idea, but it's not a done deal. If it happens, the process will start imminently.

16. Her family THINKS she has a bi-polar disorder. This woman hasn't sat still long enough for ANYBODY to diagnose her - though I'm sure the shrinks will be more than happy to find Something given enough time. I'm voting for a full frontal lobotomy as the prescribed course of treatment.

18. Seriously, who cares? She needs to just move far far away so that none of us have to read about her anymore- seeing as you guys are always going to follow her for no apparent reason. I feel for her kids!! She is a freaking mess.

19. Why does TMZ keep saying "some sort of bipolar disorder" It either is, or it isn't

20. That's ridiculous. She's not going to go for that, why? I don't know, it's ridiculous, all she has to do is go for a couple of hours, pick up some medication..and that's pretty much it. I have a friend who's bi-polar, she's on lithium and everything is just peachy for her now. I don't know what the deal is with not wanting to admit when you have a problem or need help, I mean we all already know anyways.

26. "Some kind of bipolar disorder?" You mean unipolar, or mixed? That article sounds really stupid the way it is written. And who cares anyway? Brit doesn't care if she's ill, so why should we ??

27.

A five year-old could draw these conclusions! And why does TMZ keep repeating the same thing? All you are talking about is a normal visit to a therapist to be evaluated. This is not "creative" at all. It is the normal course of action for most people who agree to get help. By the way, no one suffers from "some sort" of bipolar disorder: You are either bipolar or you are not.

What TMZ has posted in this article would be appropriate material for "Duh Magazine."

28. Britney's 12-step outpatient plan.
- Step 1 - ditch Adnan
- Step 2 - remove weave and wash hair and body daily
- Step 3 - wear clothes covering entire body
- Step 4 - replace Sam and "assistant" with professional management
- Step 5 - get car license and have assistants run what are simply errands without being in car
- Step 6 - take out restraining order against all paps forcing them to maintain a distance of 100yds
- Step 7 - hire body guards to enforce restraining order
- Step 8 - do not smile or talk to paps, or in any way engage with them or acknowledge their existance
- Step 9 - show up for all court appearances, properly dressed, and behave in a respectful fashion
- Step 10 - carefully follow all professionally advised diet, medication and exercise routines
- Step 11 - resume parenting classes and upon receiving visitation rights, properly prepare and focus on the activities and needs of your children
- Step 12 - forgive Kevin, Mom and Dad for the pain they've caused you

You're welcome Brit. Just drop the check in the mail.
