"Growing Old Gracefully" doesn't mean getting fat and bloated. He's not THAT bad, but hes in bad enough shape that usually brings serious health issues. You can grow old and still avoid quite a few problems if you decide to keep your waist under 50 inches. Nothing healthy about it,
