Lil Wayne Arrested -- Again!

TMZ has learned that rapper Lil Wayne has been popped by cops for drugs ... again!

Law enforcement officials tell us Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., was arrested near Yuma, Arizona last night on three felony counts: possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cops tell TMZ that the Drug Enforcement Agency was involved in the arrest -- which means it's a big deal! We're told Lil Wayne's tour bus went through a US Border Patrol checkpoint when the narcotics were allegedly found, that's when the DEA was called in.

Wayne is currently in the custody of the Yuma County Sheriff's Department, where he'll be held pending his arraignment at 9:00 AM PT.

Wayne was arrested in Idaho last year for felony possession of drugs.

19. its amazing to see the hate from some of you. first off, dont assume he was selling it, secondly you have no idea who else or how many other people were there. and for all you know it could have just been weed. it aint like tmz has never been wrong in their reports. remember innocent until proven guilty, or does that only work if you are white?

25. sorry smith, i just get tired of reading ignorant comments on this site. if it is true that he had drugs and all then go after him, but damn, act like no one here messes up. people are so quick to jump on someone when we dont know what is up. look at the heath ledger reports that said he committed suicide. now it looks as if those were false. i hate this society and how u are presumed guilty. Duke lacrosse team is another one. i can go on and on with falsely accused people who had to deal with their lives being tarnished cuz of an accusation. i mean barry bonds, oj.............wait, maybe those are bad examples.
