258. Heath was such a good actor, he looked to be a loving dad, and just because he was an actor and had a prescription for medication that must mean hes a junkie...no im sorry but having anxiety and insomnia and having to get medication to help you, yeah your not a junkie. People are making up rumors about that because they found medicine in his medicine cabinet that must mean it was coke or heroine. No and nobody knows for sure yet except for the fact that they were in prescription bottles not scattered around him. Its just sad that people think they have a right to talk badly about someone who has passed away, for a reason we do not even know yet. RIP HEATH you will be missed

260. To all the imbeciles leaving negative comments, the best thing to do is just ignore them, for they are ignorant.

To everyone else, Heath was a good man and a good actor. Having anxiety, problems sleeping and being sick must have been unbearable for him. Of course he would have tried to take meds to get to sleep, rest up so he could get back to his obligation on the film that depended on him. His death tragic.

My condolences to his family and friends.

261. In touch weekly just released this exclusive statement:

Following an inconclusive autopsy this morning, In Touch can exclusively reveal that the body of actor Heath Ledger has been moved from the morgue at the Medical Commissioner’s office to the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Grace Burgess, a spokesperson for the medical commissioner, confirms to In Touch, “The body was picked up this afternoon by the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home.” As for why the body left the morgue, Grace says, “We are still doing tissue and toxicology testing since the autopsy was inconclusive. It could be anywhere from seven to 10 days until the cause of death is out.” George Amato, the general manager of the Frank E .Campbell Funeral Home, tells In Touch, “We have been asked to take care of the body from those who are in charge of him and to remain discreet.”

262. The media should stop blaming the victim and start blaming Big Pharm and the FDA, who are responsible for the death of almost 100,000 people each and every year by drugs that are SUPPOSEDLY safe. The comment that "they were prescription drugs not street drugs" is just ridiculous. Any drug can kill you and prescription drugs are no safer than street drugs.

267. Heath Ledger is being prepared to make his last trip home to Perth, Australia for burial. Following his autopsy this morning his body was transported from the New York medical examiner’s office, to the Frank E. Campbell funeral chapel.

Heath’s body will be shipped home as soon as possible. Although the actor’s family is still believed to be in Australia, his ex-fiancee, Michelle Williams, who is also the mother of his child, was flying into New York from Sweden today, perhaps to take Heath’s body home.

A rep for the Australian consulate, told PageSix, “Our consulate has been in contact with his family and has offered assistance” to help fly Heath’s body back to Australia.

269. I have taken Xanax for more years then I care to remember, but I do not abuse this medication. It is about time that the Doctor's are made accountable for the drugs they are prescribing, Two anxiety drugs?????? I lost a daughter due to her over medicating herself on this type of medication for many, many years and it played a toll on her heart. Yes, she made the decision to do so, but the doctor SHOULD NOT have kept prescribing this type of meds. Wake up everybody and be honest with your doctor. Just because you are a movie star does not mean you should get everything you ask for.

270. The patient info for Ambien clearly states that it should not be taken by people with breathing problems. It could've easily caused respiratory failure esp. if he had pneumonia. People should be ashamed of themselves for blaming narcotics when there haven't been any found. His poor family. He was such a beautiful person.
