31. Good Lord TMZ. Lay off this story for a greiving second, will ya?

Reporting every 10 minutes gets you into spots where you report incorrect info, like yesterday.

Wait at least an hour, get your facts STRAIGHT, and report. Amatures!

32. It's so sad. I'm not sure why this is bothering me so badly.
But as for the meds they found, if you come to my house you'll find the same thing, save for the europills. It's just so sad to see something like this happen to someone. Especially someone so young. (I'm just a few years younger but still, we are young people.)

34. Anyone who wants to live does not take anti anxiety drugs with OTC without checking with a doctor.
Don't think this was accidental.

35. . Who's Killing the Gay-Actors.

Heath Ledger is found dead of an apparent drug overdose in the bedroom of an apartment in New York City, a week after Brad Renfro is found dead of an apparent drug overdose in the bedroom of his apartment in Los Angeles. Both young actors gained acclaim for roles in controversial gay-themed films-- Ledger in the Academy Award-nominated Brokeback Mountain, and Renfro in Apt Pupil, Bryan Singer's Nazi movie that led to lawsuits by underage male extras who claimed they were forced into nudity. Sadly, They Die in Threes, so we await the next Marilyn Monroe-Anna Nicole style death of a young, talented male actor.

Who is Next?

36. Wasn't Heath Ledger dating Kate Hudson? That's weird because Owen Wilson had that drug overdose business after dating her. Is she a pusher? Does she have a bad news pusher that gives drugs to her friends? Strange coincidence, looks kind of bad for her.

38. I am so saddened by Heath's passing. This is especially tragic for Matilda, his daughter. Whether they find out that Heath died from an accidental overdose of prescribed meds or was using illegal narcotics, the end result is still the same - - the world has lost a very bright star and wonderful human being.

39. Everyone who is calling him a junkie needs to get their facts straight. No one knows yet just what exactly killed him. Many, many people are addicted to tranquilizers and I highly doubt he was taking them for any sort of 'high'. I've tried for a year to get off xanax and it's pure hell. No one knows what issues he was dealing with, stop spouting off all this complete BS until we get the facts. It's easy to sit behind a computer screen and call someone a 'junkie' but unless you know what they've been thru, keep your mouth shut.

40. How very sad. There has to be more to this story. Valium and Xanax are usually not deadly unless you are on a DEATH MISSION. I do agreee with the above person regarding phemonia and mixing meds. Didn't Anna Nicole die about the same way?? HMM. Loved Heath as an actor. My prayers go out to his family, especially his daughter. RIP Heath.

41. I HAVE PILLS ALL OVER MY HOUSE TOO, AND I'M NOT A JUNKIE... DONT JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS... WE DONT KNOW YET.

42. And so what, if the police would come to my house they would find the same prescriptions. The young man has died and left a two year old daughter behind. Foul play has been ruled out so it really doesn't matter now on the how or the why he died. What matters is that his family and his daughter receive their privacy to grieve. They have enough to deal with it don't you think. They don't need to be reading all this crap and speculation.

43. I don't quite understand why he didn't seek the help he needed.

This actors make $1,000,000 per movie I think he could afford a therapy session.

Depression & drug addiction are most common among celebrities, isn't all the money they've made make them happy???

I guess not.....

44. Warning signs:
- serious trouble dealing with the dark nature of the roles he's been playing
- lots of prescription drugs
- not lots of professional help
- physical exhaustion / pneumonia
- not sleeping
- significant personal upheaval / divorce
- self-induced isolation

The odds were simply going to weigh against him at some point.
Probably the MOST painful thing for those who knew him closely is that the signs were there to be read... AND YET THEY DID NOT INTERVENE with their LOVE, their HONESTY, their TIME
DON'T let THIS happen to someone YOU love!!!!!!!!!

45. I was just at a message board and some idiot asked if we thought that Heath's death was caused by God for his role in "Brokeback Mountain." I was horrified by this question/comment. I just want to say that this is a tragic time for his family and there is no place for garbage comments like that or any other kind. I just want to give my condolences to his family and pray that they get through this alright.
