20. I think it is a great loss to the public, as a great actor has fallen. My condolenses go out to Michelle and his daughter. He seemed to be a NICE person. Living amongst Us normal people.

22. The saddest thing about this is that media outlets have already been spreading the vicious rumor that he died of a drug overdose -- without it ever being confirmed. THE TRUTH, recently confirmed by the NYPD commissioner, is that the "bottles of pills found in his apartment" were primarily found in his medicine cabinet (where 99% of Americans store their medications). Those found on his nightstand were for treatment of his pneumonia and a prescription sleep aid; the same pill taken by millions of people across the US (and nearly full). No pills were strewn about loosely, as tabloids falsely reported.

Heath WAS NOT a narcotic drug user and articles that paint him otherwise are completely false. Jack Nicholson saying he "warned him" shows what a spiteful little man he was. In truth, Jack resented Heath for succeeding him in his new film and he told Heath his feelings the first and only time they met. After that, Heath made sure they had no further communication. The real cause of his untimely, tragic death will be revealed shortly...and I think people will see that it was the mix of prescription medications (taken at the normal dosages) that caused Heath to go into cardiac arrest.

He loved Michelle and Matilda too much to experiment with drugs and was such an honest soul. Heath would have never done anything of the sort and risk leaving Michelle in this position. Anything contrary to this is b-s.

23. You must all remember that he also had pneumonia...which can kill someone just as easy as a drug overdose. And did anyone think he might be on antibiotics?? THOSE can be a lethal mixture with any of those above mentioned meds.

24. I wasn't there but this is how it happened. He had been out drinking, returned home and took a sleeping pill. It didn't work fast enough so he took another and another until it killed him. He just went to sleep, no pain.

25. It is a shame that the man is not here to defend himself against the bs that you report. The second you hear a rumor you place it on your site as fact. Does not matter what you report later, the fact is people go by what they first read.
I certainly hope that Michele on behalf of the child and his family sue your asses for false statements.

27. How come there was a 45 minute gap between when the massage woman called mary kate OLSEN! to see what she shoud do and when she actually called 911. MSNBC is reporting that Mary Kate said to sit and wait while she sends her security guard over to 'check out the situation". To me, just like int the Anna Nicole Case, WHY does it seem all the people around care more about a possoble scandal and/or bad press and feel the need to call SECURTIY over to check out the situaltion when CLEARLY someone should just plain CALL 911. COME ON HERE! WHATS WITH ALL THE CALLS TO SECURITY GAURDS BEFORE 911??????

29. Shame on whoever is dropping these pointless tips about drugs being in the apartment...many people are interested in exactly what happened and don't want to be jerked around as this is made into a game and while poor man's name is being dragged through the mud.

Why mention pills in the apt if there is nothing suspiciious about these pills?

This isn't necessarily pointed toward the gossip sites because their job is to get hits (unless they are just totally making stuff up), but toward the people who were actually in the apartment (paramedics? where does this information even come from?) and are releasing stuff..."Heath is dead and there were PILLS in his apartment".......""oh and we forgot to mention that they were all in their proper bottles and in the medicine cabinet".......please.

RIP Heath....seems as if he was a good person and a great artist.
