46.
TMZ previously reported that there was "residue" on the bill, while reputable news sources quoted law enforcement as saying there was nothing visible on it and that testing it was merely part of a thorough investigation.
Shame on TMZ for posting negative speculation with NO basis in fact.

47.
To #37 (first): Law enforcement has already confirmed that he had been dead for some time before being found.

48. For the most part, during the past seven years and, especially, since 9/11, we have turned into a humiliating and destructive society.
It seems that most feel they must have the "first word" even if it isn't true. Why can't the public await the (final) autopsy and toxicology reports from the M.E. and police without making rash judgments regarding Heath Ledger's shocking death?
This web site is designed for hits and, therefore, post little bits of "fast food" information or disinformation and, unfortunately, ALL the news programs are now relying on information gleaned from this web site.
Heath Ledger, his daughter, Michelle Williams, and their respective families deserve more respect than they are getting with all this talk about "drugs", et al.

51. This is such a shocking, horrible tragedy for Heath and his entire family and all of the rest of us who truly love his work. I am so sorry for him. Having been exposed to xanax by a former physician of mine, I can tell you it is an absolutely horrible drug with so much potential for abuse before you even know it! I found a new doctor, I am sorry Heath didn't in time. I pray for Heath and his family. Rest in Peace, Heath.

53. Hey NARC, why don't you pick up the phone, call the NYPD and tell them how to do their job. I'm sure they are in dire need of some tips from a real life junkie like yourself. Or better yet, stop being such a pathetic little media whore and STFU.

54. The FDA and the company sanofi-aventis know that 3 deaths per thousand occur and they consider that an acceptable risk -- in light of the money they make off this dope. ( remember" fight club "and the recall campaign math?) trouble is that if YOU are one of the three, the percent of death is 100%. It sucks so hard that Heath is dead, like this and so so young. DAmn damn damn.

55. Heath reminds me so much of a guy I knew Michael Reddy. First guy I ever kissed. Prince turned into a frog though. His sister poisoned him. He followed the same path as every character Heath played. I saw him the other night and paid for a pack of Kent and two bottles of Diet Coke with $20 bill. It broke his heart. When you see the truth from the lies it's a pain no one can understand.
I bet Heath loved Powderfingers latest song Nobody Sees. Different line to their earlier work which had the same producer as Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and the Cruel Sea.
I think Heath saw a lot more of the truth in life than anyone gave him credit for. The system took him to places a person can't go and come out ok. Life starts mirroring art. Problem was it wasn't him. He was a really nice guy and if not for the lies told by some really bad people around him, this never would have happened. Socially and medically.
Romper Stomper/Dark City.
Blame the neighbor. Literally and Cereal. Their friend created a blackcrow. Wolfmother Joker and the Thief. The devil makes 3.
Beware Channel 116 - Hallmark. Showing Dangerous Waters- Shark Attack. Stingers. Don't think Mom and daughter liked me leaving a "tip".

56. 6. I was appalled that AOL actually considers you a SOURCE for news. How shamefull. At least you corrected yourself. this goes to show. There is very little truth on your website. At least you had the balls to print the right story about Heath.
