Britney Spears was shut down in her attempt to regain some sort of visitation. There are no changes. K-Fed has sole custody and no visitation for Brit for now.

Brit arrived at the courthouse and went through the metal detector, but then had a change of heart and didn't want to go inside the courtroom.

Sources told TMZ Brit wanted visitation restored in a "therapeutic setting" -- meaning under the treatment of medical professionals -- but that wasn't gonna happen, especially since she never showed to make a plea. The Court noted Brit's absence.

As we first reported, Brit has some sort of bipolar disorder. The Commish has repeatedly ordered her to get a medical evaluation, but she has refused to comply.

20. In regards to her wanting visitation in a "theraputic" env.
There's an old saying here in Texas. You can take a girl out of the trailer park, but you can't take the trailer park out of the girl.

Location or supervision isn't the primary issue for her. It's her current state of mental illness, and regardless where she get's to see the kids, the kids will still see an unfit mother till she get's her bs together

Go KFed!!! She had more then enough chances to get her kids back but yet she blew it ! No Sympathy what so ever. Sorry Britney but you DON'T always get what you want!!! Keep screwing around with Adnan, it's doing your image good!! LOL

23. Thank godness her celebrity status didnt sway the judge, she has no buisness being around those kids after her meltdown the last time she had them. Its so sad to me and I really hope she gets her ego under control enough to get help so she can see her babies.

26. Good ruling what a waste of time she is wasting the judge time. She and her cheating boytoy and go to mall or whatever they do and give those boys a chance of stability in their life. She knows she do not give a damm about those boys. A ll she want to do is sleep with any man she come in contact with. what a slut and embrassment she is to women and real mom everywhere.Once u lose custody it very hard to get it back. The judge give her tons of chances and she blew all. He done with ur stupidness.
