There is no such thing as "some sort of bipolar disorder," as TMZ says. Bipolar disorder is a specific disorder, not a vague umbrella over a bevy of disorders. And you don't have to have yourself "committed" in order to undergo an evaluation to determine the particulars of mental health. Unless TMZ has a medical license or some other psychiatric credentials, they should limit their "diagnosis" to simply stating that there may be mental health issues at play.

Everybody and their brother has TRIED to get this girl help and SHE REFUSES.

Why do you think her family and former friends are not even allowed near her anymore??? Because they tried to force her to get help via the rehab route and she HATES them now.

The court has ORDERED her to get a mental evaluation and SHE WILL NOT. Her lawyers can not control her at all and are going to bail on her Feb.3.

And she is surrounded by enablers who constantly tell her she is ok and validate her stupid actions and choices.

Maybe you should go help.

48. It is sad that Britney finds it so difficult to show up at these hearings to see if she can visit with her sons. What is the idea of going to the courthouse and then not going into the courtroom. YO, BRITNEY, GROW THE F U C K UP!!! These are your children and it is growing apparent to all of us that you cannot handle them or yourself. 50. Thank godness her celebrity status didnt sway the judge, she has no buisness being around those kids after her meltdown the last time she had them. Its so sad to me and I really hope she gets her ego under control enough to get help so she can see her babies.

51. No surprise here. She isn't concerned with anyone or anything right now but herself. Her children are better off without her in their life. Just wonder about ten years down the line, when she isn't famous only infamous, how she'll explain to her children that stops at the gas station, crusising with a married man and shopping are soo much more important than seeing her precious miracles. She needs to get help and get out of the public eye. Those poor babies didn't ask to be born to this unstable wreck. If it's a disorder, then for goodness, get help. 52. This incident perfectly highlights two points. First, Britney is incapable of working with her attorneys in any fashion. She's simply not up to it and this whole thing must have been her idea. Her attorneys surely explained that the commissioner wouldn't buy it. I would feel sorry for them if they weren't pulling down a big check. Secondly, and more importantly, Britney is incapable of behving in a rational adult way in order to regain some access to her children. That is so sad but it's true and it supports the current custody arrangement. I wonder how long it will be before Britney can bring herself to face the judge like a grown up.

Her hair is fake and so is her accent and so is she. I don't see how Britney or her attorneys could have expected any other outcome.

Britney is going to have to put on her thinking cap (or foil hat, as the case may be) and come up with another stumper because the motorcade to and from the courthouse, together with the "I'm scared" flight (again, with motorcade) isn't having the desired outcome for her.

Actually, it's pretty silly to keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

She has many more antics up here sleeve you can rest assured. The young woman may be illiterate but she's quite wily...although transparent.

60. All she had to do was show up.....she would of gotten some type of visitation...as she is the mom...she can't even do that, she should not get the children back. This is such a waste of time and money.
