When the Commish asked her attorney if she was coming back, she answered "I don't know whether she'll be here or not," adding, "I don't want to delay the hearing."
K-Fed was sworn in and the media were cleared from the courtroom.
As we reported, Brit's lawyers want to restore visitation in a "therapeutic setting" -- translated: she needs mental help. If Brit isn't there to testify, she'll win a Grammy for "Blackout" before she gets visitation back.

Since I have experienced losing my kids because of drug use, I just have to say that Britney has lost her mind! When my kids got taken away I was devasted to the point of recovery and getting my s*** together. I am Bi-Polar also and I have done what I needed to do to get my kids back. She is a Drama Queen and she needs to get mental help and addiction help obiviously, does she think her money is going to help her get her kids back? She needs to straighten up her s***, and think about the effects of her actions, her kids will have emotional problem with this later on in life when they find out that their mother wouldn't even try to straighten her life up for them! Get yourself under control Britney and help yourself, if not for your own good but for the good of your children! Quit being selfish!

Check it out BRIT!!! Now you have a reason to show up in court. You might not get photo'd like you do coming and going, but you'll get a free protrait. Finally, a reason for Brit to show up in court. Mark my words, she'll show up next time. That or the judge needs to allow photos, that will get her in the room. She can't sit there for 15 mintues without bulbs flashing, but she can sit there for hours while her pic is hand drawn.

You have to be about as messed up as she is. You are probably the only one left still defending her. "Cares about her babies"!!!???? You must not have kids or maybe you do and are the same type of mother. Poor Britney always seems to be having "a hard time." Boo hoo. Well we all have hard times in life and deal with it for the sake of the family. She dosent seem to be having that hard of a time when she's out every day with a different guy. So she showed up, big deal! If she cared for her kids the way you seem to think she does why the hell didnt she go in? They were all waiting for her, so nothing "came up" there. She should have just pretended she was going into a gas station or coffee shop. Nothing is as important to self absorbed Britney as Britney.
I'll tell you, I have had 5 kids that are grown now and I used to worry about and miss them when they went to sleep overs! I cant even imagine not being able to see them for weeks! I would do anything. Well, first of all I wouldnt let it come to that. And Im no hero for feeling that way thats just how it is when you love someone more than yourself. Lynne ,i sure hope your excuse is that your a young girl who just dosent get it yet because ther is no excuse for BS (good initials for her)
