WTF -- Britney Left??

Britney left?!? Appears so! TMZ was in the courtroom when her case was called. Britney was in the building, but never made it to the courtroom. When the Commish asked her attorney if she was coming back, she answered "I don't know whether she'll be here or not," adding, "I don't want to delay the hearing."

K-Fed was sworn in and the media were cleared from the courtroom.

As we reported, Brit's lawyers want to restore visitation in a "therapeutic setting" -- translated: she needs mental help. If Brit isn't there to testify, she'll win a Grammy for "Blackout" before she gets visitation back.

61. Why is TMZ and everyone else still clawing for more guilty pleasure out of Brit and her wacked-out situation? Her mental illness and subsequent fall from the celebrity pedestal has now just become sad and embarrassing. What amusement or entertainment is left to be had from this? The relentless hounding of the paps are only due to the fact that they are still making money because everyone still wants MORE sickening details. I've never even been a big fan of hers, but can't help feel that this is digustingly enough already! Even if your hearts have turned to stone, where has your intellect gone?

63. We should not be surprised by this. She cannot call herself Mom. A Mom is someone who loves, cares and nurtures her children, and would be put them before anything else in the world. What we should be surprise about is for all of her shopping sprees...she has never bought a brush, or even a comb to get through that rats nest of hers thats she calls her hair!

64. Perhaps all this crazy behavior is her fuel for the fire so to speak so she can get an "insanity" defense. Judge and others see that she really needs help so she goes to get help and then gets the kids back. It's done a million times. Woman use drugs and lose their kids. They go to jail and then three years later are let out and the judge gives them the kids back because the kids are so much better with the real mother than they are with the family that has raised them for the past three years. Then the "real" mother screws up again and the cycle repeats.

69. Here is what I don't understand. Why isn't she being charged with Comptempt of Court? She shows up late, if at all. She comes half-dressed. She disobeys court orders. In short, why isn't she in jail. If it was poor, simple me, I think that I would be in trouble.
