34. I have serious doubts about her singing abilities. She seems to have perfected an imitation of a soul singer, an amalgram of various soul singers. I just don't buy it. I find her act to be fake, she cannot sustain a note for any length of time. Its just a Macy Gray rip-off. The style is great, but its also 50 years old, and the mini-skirts and skinny legs can be seen on any crackwhore in Your Town, USA.

If anyone deserved a grammy for that record it is her producer, and not her. He is the one who orchestrated the sound. Perhaps its an act, but in evey single interview I have seen, she seems way too dumb to have had much control. And that may be the truth in the long run about the drugs; the only people I've ever seen recover successfully from addiction were smart enough to learn from their mistakes. Amy doesn't seem to have it in her.

35. I hope she actually stays this time to complete the program didn't she go before only to quit soon after? It seems like they say she is going only to clean up for the Grammys. First of all, you don't get clean just to attend an event, you should want to be drug free because you SHOULD NOT be on drugs in the first place. Second, the Grammys are next month right? She needs months of strict treatment not a few days or weeks. I hope she gets clean and stays clean and puts her weight back on then, loses thaqt hideous husband he seems to be the fuel to her self-destructive fire. She is just too talented to waste it all on drugs and a man.

No. I am neither. But I am the daughter of a drug addict, so I know how this works. My father went to rehab 5 times in one year alone. It only works if you WANT it to work. Period. Before you get high and mighty, think. And don't be such a bitch.

41. Im extremely happy for her. She is a very talented singer. I would like to see her gain 20lbs and look like she did in her earlier videos.
