243. Its pathetic that Jess is suing a magazine over a breakup. If the rumor was false, Tony Romo, who is a nice guy, would have stood up for Jess and told all of America that the Rumor was false. I have a gut feeling the rumor happens to be true because Tony has not spoken up. Jess has to be completely out of her mind to sue for the truth. Tony dumped her because she is not the girl next door, she is high maintenance diva who wants to get her hands on millions because her own career is thru. She is not laughing all the way to the bank. That is why she needs a rich quarterback. Her jewelry line sucks, the jewelry looks like is was meant for 10 year olds. Her shoe lines are hooker shoes, and her purses look like her designers copied guess handbags. Believe me, none of us are jealous of a no talented, publicity seeking, hack. To all of you bloggers being paid by the Jess camp, no one feels sorry for Jess. Her father knows exactly what he is doing to get her pulicity, and this lawsuit proves that.

244. Its a crying shame that those who read this are so judgmental. If you don't like her then don't watch her. As for her and Tony, no one wanted to see the Boys advance more than I did but come on... do you really think it was her fault things went the way they did. Was the entire offense in Mexico because I don't think you can point one finger on that game.. offense and defense. I must just be simple because even though I don't much get into her music, I have enjoyed watching the movies she has made and if they are happy together then that's all that matters.

247. Give me a breakJess didn't say anything about Niick because he was not cheating on her. She didn't want him because she became to famous for him. When they started dating he was the star and when it stop shining she moved on you jerk. Nick is a one woman man and we see the evidence. He waited on Jess for three years and what did little miss virgin do? She dumped him. Her dad runs her llife and would not let Nick be her husband. He loved her very much jerk so shut the h ell up. We are not haiing on Jess because she is a slut that is her business and she and Tony deserve each other because they both dumped really great people. She is fame hungry so Tony is her man and when his light stop ;shining she will dump him but I forgot he just signed a new contract for sixty something million she may be around for a miniute because he Dad will probably insist on it jerk. 249. I dont think jessica is STUPID- shes definently ditzy though. I think shes funny because she says what is on her mind even if it makes her sound stupid. Shes who she is and she doesnt seem to be fake or try to impress people. If she was stupid, she wouldnt be as well off as she is- yes she had help from daddy dearest- but in the end it was because she does have talent- she can sing and she can act- she just needs experience to be a better singer and actress. I think that alot of people put so much pressure on these people to be perfect that its hard for them to not buckle under that pressure. I would think that with all the celebrities having dui arrests, going into rehab, having psych issues, dying from od's, or simply dying with no cause being known yet (heath ledger), society would start looking at how WE are participating in these tragedies- because rest assured- we are contributing to them by buying tabloids, writing nasty comments, etc. Whats it gonna take to realize they are human?

250. I wish People would stop calling her the blonde bombshell. Marilyn Monroe was the blonde bombshell. I am a young person, who as of now, has not seen any blonde actress/singer who can compare to her voluptuous body. Jessica does not even come close. She has to call the papperazzi herself to get publicity, and she has to file frivilous lawsuits to get publicity.
Jessica you are no blonde bombshell, just another peroxide bleach head who will end up posing for playboy or acting in some full frontal nudy film for publicity.
Tony get a real blonde looker, like Tom Brady's Giselle, not a flake who is going to use you for publicity.

Seriously...after calling her dumb & blond, referring to every retarded thing shes ever said in public, after pasting articles about her cheating& Nick cheating, stuff about about her controlling father, etc...
