If it hasn't already been done, Kaplan will subpoena X17, as well as other outlets, for all written agreements, signed, and dated pertaining to Spears. That written information will be compared with what Lufti and others state under oath in their deposition(s). If anyone lies in their depo, they will be subject to perjury. Bella

66. Kevin only want the children for money. I think Britney is crazy like a fox. According to TMZ she pays for almost all of his legal fees. She gives him $15,000 in child support. Imagine if he had full legal custody and not just temp. HE would rake in the dough. I know everybody is on Kevin's side of this and I don't blame them but the bottom line is he doing it for the money and not for the love of his children. Does anyone know if he pays child support to his other children?

67. who cares if Brit and Lufti struck a deal with a mag anyway, how does that have anything to do with her custody. If I remember correctly K-fed and Brit both sold their wedding pictures and baby photos to a magazine. They are grabbing for straws. sleeze ball lawyers. Just my own thoughts: Since Spears is not promoting an upcoming concert, or touring, acting out on a daily basis may be her way of remaining in the lime light regardless of how negative the publicity is. I have a difficult time accepting that she is not aware of her actions and ramifications of those actions. Although rarely used, there is an old, old law in UT and MO regarding alienation of affection. Being separated does not matter. In a court of law people are still married until officially divorced. An alienation of affection suit was filed about 8 years ago in UT, and about 12 years ago in MO. In both cases, the wives sued their husbands and the women their husbands had affairs with during their marriage - both wives won. The husbands and women they were involved with both paid dearly in public humiliation and monetarily. If this law is on the law books in the State of CA, Spears runs the risk of a huge suit by Adnan's wife. Instead of Spears' continually making a fool of herself with her daily escapades, she needs to take responsibility as a 26 year old mother of two, stay home, take care of her legal and financial affairs, and medical (if any), and stop seeing married men. No matter who you are, who you associate with, or where you go, eventually everything catches up. Depos are held outside the courthouse to help eliminate the back log on the court docket, and even though held in attorney's offices, are the same as being on a witness stand in a court of law. Perjury would be held against anyone who lied in a deposition whether or not they think they are protecting her. Spears and anyone associated with her needs to straighten up, keep their nose clean, and end the charade. Bella

Like HKS with ANK...he lives off has and to hell with whatever happens to her as long as the money is coming in.

i don't understand why everyone complains that she supports her kids via their dad when she supports everyone that is in contact with her.

it is expensive having people around that will let you do whatever you want regardless that you are crazy.
