91. Slime Ball Kaplan, the biggest scam artist in the country, questioning Sam Lutfi ???? Kaplan and K-Dud want ALL of Britney's money and must be upset because Britney might be paying Sam. 97. The reason Kaplan has received $120,000 from Brit so far in lawyer fees is because he claimed it was her fault for being in noncompliance of court order. Now here is the rub. if it is proven she is mentally ill then she can be declared handicapped and he will be unable to use that as a reason to collect his fees from her. K-Fed might actually have to fork over some money to pay this junkyard dog of a lawyer.

98. TO Just Wonderin: Yes, Britney is her own worst enemy. She shoots herself in the foot with every move. Instead of thinking about her own selfish needs, she should put her two children first above anything and everybody - clean her act up, and do what is right. Even if she regains custody, I don't believe she will ever be the mother she should be to them. Once a parent - always a parent,and being a full time, responsible parent is not part of her life. The Britney we're seeing today seems like a totally different person than the Britney that tripped on her jeans and almost dropped little Sean P. on his noggin in front of all the paps a while back. After she did that, they actually caught her bawling her eyes out. But now she just seems...dead-in-the-eyes...in a different world...as if she's...over-medicated.

I DO think Britney has a maternal instinct...but after being kicked when she's down so many times, it's as if she's just given up. Sometimes, pills make you do funny things. Too bad her various so-called "friends," assistants and "managers" don't seem to know when to say "No."

101. To Lori B: I was married 14 years, have been divorced and on my own the last 22 years. I always wanted two children. Sadly, it was not meant to be. Had I had my two babies, I would have done everything humanly possible to protect, care, love, support, guide, and provide for them. They would have been the ultimate gift of life to me. What part don't you understand? It's public recorded that she was ordered to pay $120,000 to covered Kaplan's fees. It originally was $160,000. Mental illness, like physical illness, can legally be classified as a handicap. If she is having difficulty complying with court order due to her mental illness, then her lawyer can fight that stickingt her with her ex's legal fees due to noncompliance is discrimination.
