I truly believe that if 911 had been called FIRST he would have made it. Out of all the people to call when you are in a situation like this - WHY MARY KATE? Did she think Mary Kate would come to the rescue? I guess there's a reason why she is a housekeeper.
My first instinct would have been to call 911.
Now both of those idiots have to live the rest of their lives in regret for not calling 911 first and contributing to the death of another human being.

I DON'T THINK THE 911 CALL WOULD'VE MADE A DIFFERENCE. I'VE GOT NO DOUBT HE WAS DEAD WHEN THE HOUSEKEEPER FOUND HIM BUT IT DEFINITELY MAKES NO SENSE TO HANG AROUND THE DEAD BODY WHILE MAKING CALLS TO MARY KATE. CREEPY AND JUST NOT PC.

The cause for delay was probably to get the illegal drugs and paraphenalia out of there.
Perhaps thinking he was just unconcious they wanted things cleaned up so he would not get into any more trouble.
I find it hard to believe that there would be any other reason then above, for no living human being would be that stupid and decide to call an Olsen twin before calling authorities.
