There is a newspaper and internet report out that the NYPD wants to question Mary-Kate Olsen in connection with the death of Heath Ledger. It is absolutely false.
High-up sources at the NYPD tell us there is "absolutely no plan" to interview Mary-Kate. One source said the investigation is pretty "buttoned up" and the department is now waiting for the toxicology report, which could determine cause of death.

TMZ- Stop speculating and trying to put a spin on this. It doesn't matter at this point who what when and where, the family is in shock and need prayers and comfort, not this day to day blame game.. He just made a terrrible mistake (if it is drugs) He like my daughter and thousands of people all over the world think if a doctor prescribed it, take it.. Not really thinking about the reaction if mixed..He was young and inviencable. These doctors are getting rich off prescribing these med. There is a pill for everything!! then when something like this happens everyone acts like they are shocked!! Read the papers it happens EVERYDAY!! Not just just in hollywood-
Just let this family deal with the loss and move on to the next story. Because it will happen again - doctors need to start becoming accountable for what they do!

22. While it may have not made any difference, I am appalled that the housekeeper and massuse didn't make their very first call to 911 instead of Mary-Kate Olsen. I have to think Heath's family is most likely having to suffer the question for one moment whether or not it would have saved him if rescue personnel was contacted immediately instead of being an afterthought...

26. i agree that he didnt mean to take his own life, i also can see in his face and on certain videos that he is a dope fiend (i lived with one for 2 years), mary-kate sent her security to go clean up for him so cops would find his room clean...im not mad, she did the right thing by her friend..he was still an amazing and talented actor that was taken way to soon, REST IN PEACE HEATH...

27. Proof that Heath was a dope fiend and Mary Kate cleaned up his apartment! If he's a dope fiend it'll show up in the toxicology report. It is strange that the masseuse called MK before 911 and also very stupid. She probably knew though that he was already dead.

29. I hate to point out the obvious, but there are only two who know the truth, Heath and God. Even if the tests show drugs in his system we will never know if it was accidental or suicide. Nothing will bring him back now so whatever the truth is, it doesn't really matter now. As he said in his own words, he lives on through his daughter. Closed book so let's move on and keep him alive in our hearts.

30. A lot of you are missing the point. The masseuse called the Full House girl before calling 911. Who does that, unless you wish to hide something. I know what she was thinking. She wanted to call & make sure that everything was ok before calling the Cops. Thats criminal behavior to me.
