The Last Straw in Brit's Invalid License Case

Britney SpearsThe judge in Britney Spears' other court case -- the one for driving without a valid license back in August -- continued the case today for the last time. Superior Court Judge T.K Herman said if the legal matter is not resolved by February 20, it will go to trial.

TMZ has learned both sides are still working out a deal. We're told prosecutors wanted to put Brit on 12 months probation, but agreed to let go of probation if she agreed to pay the maximum fine of $3,000. Brit's lawyer, Michael Flanagan, won't accept those terms and wants the misdemeanor charge lowered to a fix-it ticket.

Sorry, but YOUR are the idiot. Britney has lots of fans ... one is typing as we speak. I'm not making excues for her and I do wish she would get help, be a better mother and make better decisions, but, I, like many more, are fans. And, I'm glad that you pointed out just how smart Britney really is. Contradicting yourself at all?

On you 2nd comments, k-sleeze isn't taking the mother of his other two kids b/c she is a good mom. Question for you ... is k-shiit paying child support to that good mom for their two kids or is he just happy that that good mom can do it all alone. Is that his definition of a good mother? Raising the kids w/o any support from him?

71. In Sonoma County (California) they will IMPOUND vehicles that are driven by unlicensed drivers. A judge tried to say that was unconstitutional, but he was overruled..."A California law allowing police to seize cars for up to 30 days if the driver has a suspended license or no license at all is constitutional, a state appeals court ruled Thursday (back in 2006), overturning a decision by a Sonoma County judge. Police have used the 1995 law to impound thousands of vehicles whose drivers lacked valid licenses, according to legislative findings quoted by the court.
Do ya think the LA cops would impound one of Brit-Brit's cars? NO...this law is mostly used against illegal aliens...not just ordinary aliens like Britney.

75. I'm so sick of the second+third+ fourth chance's Brit's been getting, if it was us our butt's would NOT BE DRIVING! Would have been locked up and already forced to have a mental stubility teat if we acted as she has and already been set for trial! This is a bunch of crap! Sick of Britney!
