122. If this man did eventually die of complication from AIDs, it's an opportunity for his family to try to do something positive in his memory. Attention must be called by famous people such as Marlon Brando, to the dangers fame poses not only to the "directly" famous as Brando is, but to the children of famous people as well. Increased opportunity to get involved with the wrong type of people and fall into a life of sex, alcohol and drugs leads to the deadly combination that took the life of Art Linkletter's daughter, Brando's sister, Carroll O'Connor's daughter, Mary Tyler Moore's son, Barbara Eden's son, Hunter Tylo's son, etc. etc. More publicity is definitely in order by the families, or we will continue to read about the sad ending for people who never seemed to have had a chance.

123. The guy murdered someone. Even if it were true that the lover of his messed-up sister was abusive, there was no reason to kill him and then pretend it was an accident. Christian was also a wife beater. I don't think his death was a huge loss and don't know why people are getting so sentimental. It was just his time to go, that's all.

124. Happy To Be Me: After viewing your compilation of deceased celebrities the stats are alarming. Appears their deaths were a result of planes, guns and drugs. I counted 9 drug related and that's a sad commentary for our society. I have lived in 6 decades and I have read about them all. One thing is for sure. If you mess with drugs, one way or the other they are going to kill you.Thanks for sharing this info as a reminder. Not that it will do any good.

125. Judge not lest ye be judged. Harsh name-calling about an event that you have really no knowledge of is low class. He killed, he was found guilty and he did his time as our elected legislature's rules saw fit. Finger-pointing and judging this poor product of what can only be described as c crappy childhood is self-righteousness at its best. Everything has its context and in this case as much as any, what's done is done. I feel so sorry abouth the death of Christian Brando, because I understand he had a hard life with parental difficulties in despite that his father Marlon loved him in his manner, and tried to help him,. Many people get involved in their childish years , in their parent´s disagreements, and they suffer for those reasons, and those are marks for their future, I think it was Christian´s case. I hope now he will rest in peace and will have a better statement spiritually.
I live so far from the place he lived and died, and may be because sometime I learned by the media very much about Marlon Brando´s familys problems, that tonight when I knew about his death I cried a little because I have my chidren and I adore them and I don´t want them to suffer as this man did, when he was a child.

130. How unfortunate that this young man had an unfulfilled life. As much as people of my generation appreciated the acting of Marlin Brando he didn't appear to be much of a father. This child of his seemed to be intimidated whenever his father appeared with him. He just didn't seem able to find his own place. His loyalty to his sister and need to protect her appeared to be the role Marlon Brando could not play in the lives of his children. Your site makes me appreciate every day that I am not rich and famous. My tedious, boring job leads me to read this site, but what I see on this is rathersad when a story like this appears. I haven't seen a movie since "My Big Fat Greek Wedding". I don't see any actors or stories that are worth my $10 and 2 hrs of my time. The Brando legacy is so unfortunate. What has happened to the other son?

131. I agree with California Hospitals being incompetent! First of all, Good Luck finding a physician who understands English. They may appear and sound like they speak the language but they do not understand it. That is the number one problem in Southern California. Believe it or not! I have been there and done that! I do not think a man of 49 yrs could die of pnumonia in this day and age. It is probably exactly what happend to the twins of Dennis Quaid.

132. IRONY OF IRONIES!! Christian Brando's life was made HELL by a father who virtually destroyed his ex-wife (christian's mother), Anna Kashfi! Christian was mentioned in his father's will---now he's dead, and his MOTHER IS STILL ALIVE IN SAN DIEGO---AND IS HIS NEXT OF KIN!!! TALK ABOUT THE LAST WORD!! YOU GO, ANNA!

133. I recall Brando when he attended the Fernald School (UCLA) coming to school very much on his own (no breakfast, not always fresh clothes, no caring adult helping a young guy). That was tragic then and this is tragic today...so is much of his life. RIP

134. Christian Brando was a close friend for a period of time we spent together. He was strong, loyal and I am shocked to hear of his death. I cherish the days we spent together and the sad stories he told me of his family. He was always in my thoughts even though we didn't keep in touch because of the Bonnie Lee Blakely drama. He had a good heart.

135. It blows me away the things people write about people they DO NOT KNOW. I was close with Christian. No, he has no children. Yes, he shot Cheyenne's boyfriend and had no remorse because he believed he was defending his sister. He had problems, sure, but he did not have money, hardly at all, he was a hard worker, steel worker to be exact. He wanted nothing to do with Hollywood and was a truly sensitive, caring man. There are 11 children in the family all fighting over every dime left from the estate. He had nothing to do with Bonnie's death just warned her that she was playing with fire because she claimed to be carrying his child. Robert Blake killed Bonnie and Christian knew that was going to happen and he tried to warn her. Get the facts straight people. I will always have fond memories of Christian and will always have a special place in my heart for him. He was strong, I am shocked at his death.
