If that were true, she would have pulled the video from being sold in a heartbeat. She didn't because when it was released/sold, her cash in-flow and publicity really started to take off. This is why we don't respect her. She used that tape the same way she uses everything else. P. knew a long time ago that she wasn't going to be the hotel heiress to her grandfather's money, but she used the "heiress" hype to gain even more attention. She is -- and always will be -- a narcissistic, no-talent phony.

What B.S. Her clothing line isn't hers. Like her perfume, she leases her name to manufactures that do all of the work. Many have already dissed the clothing line -- the local Macy's here won't even sell it, and prices have been repeatedly slashed because this cheap, overpriced line just isn't selling well.
What few movies she has made were panned by everyone because she has 0 talent. The Hottie & the Nottie have already been diced by a few critics. My favorite: "Paris looks nice; but then she opens her mouth and you want to put a gun in yours."
One last fact -- sorry but publicist-family members like you give us the heaves -- her record sold 600,000 copies world wide over years of distribution. That's a pretty dismal showing. All in all, despite her "world touring," constant media manipulation, narcissism, wildly popular porno tape and phony "Hilton heiress” hype, she hasn't terribly badly. There are no-taste or tasteless schmucks out there who will always spend a few dollars to buy her dream-hype until someone else comes along with a fantasy that sells better.
In the meantime, P. can continue to lie to everyone; she can also sell herself to drunken crowds in Vegas, yelling profanities while she gyrates awkwardly on stage...all in the hopes of "bettering herself."
