46. britilicious, 2:21, just like every other idiotic, reality resistant Britard, you must think that mental health is just some minor issue that can quickly be adjudicated and there is nothing wrong with your hero, right? It's just all some conspiracy by the evil Kfed to make her get help! Have you realized that without this order, she would NOT be getting help? Yet you still see him as the ultimately evil bad guy who has all the courts under his magic manipulative fingers. Actually, I'm on your side in one aspect. I think that she should avoid getting help. Because if she does, it just won't be as fun to only read about the meltdowns she is having behind closed doors instead of witnessing them in the press. But I'm not too worried, as this sort of thing actually lasts for a life time and is not as simple as some quick legal fix as your idiotic ass seems to believe. I expect that the next big meltdown comes when she is forced to see herself in the same light that most everyone else living in this world uses. But Twit and all the other fantards are about to get the shock of their lives when it comes out that she is a twisted nasty person with an illness that is quite likely to kill her at some point. Avoiding help will only speed up the inevitable.

47. people keep forgetting, this isn't about brittany it's about her boys. Keeping them safe and out of harms way. It may be hard on her to lose her children but the judge isnt concerned about the Brit only the children. She mad ethe decissions in her life that has led her where she is today and there is no body to blame but Brit. Even if she is mentally ill that is no excuse to be a bad mom. Keep these boys where they belong, away from a mother is more toxic then all the lead paint EVER in any toys.

48. red bird and britaculous- You both are missing the points! Britney took the boys everywhere when the boys shall be with the boys's age and also be in the bed by the normal bedtime hours... Brit all has to be comply if she really wants to have boys to be with her, instead she kept telling the courts tha paps are scaring and or ruin her day while Britney embracing the paps around by making her faces or posing in the front of the paps. She is so sick woman... She cannot take care of her children until she takes care of herself and put the right priorties in the order... It is an impossible for Kevin to get along with her on co- parenting, if she doesnt get the psych evaulation and so that for Kevin to know where and what he needs to do for her and resolve some thing with her!.. I would not want Britney to see her boys,because Britney would not get herself better by seeing the boys or having the boys around!

49. I'm sure it made her day to read about herself in the press again. Too bad she chooses to act the way she does, which in turn exploits her little ones. I don't give a rats ass about Brit- she brought it all on herself. I do feel bad for the boys though- they never did anything to deserve this. Best thing you can do Brit- if you still have even an ounce of love for your kids- GO FAR FAR AWAY to a small town somewhere desolate- fly to court when you get the balls to really attend, stay out of the headlines, and comply with the court orders quietly without bringing all the attention to yourself. If you really have even an ounce of love you would do it for them. Get the hell out of California! Go hide somewhere!

50. When Kevin and Britney had 50/50 custody, you never saw the boys in public while being with Kevin, however, when Brit had them, they would be exploited all over. Brit never stayed home and just hung out with the boys during her custody time. instead it was "let's go to the gas station, shopping or car ride". That is not a life for those kids. Some other site had it on today, that Brt starting going a stray after her break up with Justin, according to one of her friends. And that may be so. Some think that she should still have visitation of these kids, which I don't understand that reasoning. With any custody dispute, if one parent believes that another parent may not be stable to co-parent, the courts have to look into it. That is what this judge did. Obviously the judge believes that there are some serious issues that Brit needs to address before she can re-establish visitation of her kids. The courts have ordered her to take drug tests, get a psych evaluation and a few other things as well. Brit has been reluctant to do as so ordered by the courts, therefore the judge had no other choice than to give the kids to Kevin. As many would like her to get the help she really needs and get the kids back, it won't happen until Brit realizes that she really does need help. I don't believe that she is seeing someone for her mental problem as her "friend " Sam told Barbara Walters this morning. If Britney was really serious about wanting to get her kids back, then she wouldn't let ANYONE stop her from going to court and answering questions from the judge. She would be taking whatever psych eval that the judge wants her to take. Basically, she would be listening to her attorneys and abiding by the court orders. Yes, kids should be with their mothers, but when the mother has some issues (mental), then it's best for the kids to be placed with someone else for their own protection.

Sad would be if the kids went into the store and saw their *mothers* pic on the cover - their only chance of seeing her because of her stupidity

Divert, divert, divert … that’s all Britney’s people do. The problem is NOT whether or not Britney gets “help” with her mental health issues.

It’s all about WHEN is she going to that psychiatric evaluation that she’s been ORDERED to get by the court.
The Commissioner can not make a reasoned judgment without impartial professionals assessing her.

Private help may or may not help Britney, but SHE’S NOT the issue.
The Commissioner really wants that input from the professionals. He has to decide the fate of those two little boys.

Without the input of the evaluation … what is he supposed to do?
