NYPD Commish -- Mary-Kate Won't Be Questioned

NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly says that Mary-Kate Olsen won't be interviewed in connection with the death of Heath Ledger -- just as TMZ first reported on Friday morning.

Internet and print reports have insisted that MK would be questioned by cops, insinuating that Ledger's masseuse, Diana Wolozin, called her to hatch a plan to hide illegal drugs in Heath's apartment. If that were true, we're told, cops would have to interview Olsen, but as TMZ has reported, that simply isn't the case.

"There is absolutely no indication that investigators were going to speak to Mary-Kate Olsen," said Kelly, as the New York Daily News reports. "They determined that they had all the information needed, by the witnesses who were on the scene."

17. SOUND FAMILIAR?


Jack Clemmons (was a Los Angeles Police Sergeant who is famous because he was the first Police officer to officially arrive at the death scene of Marilyn Monroe on August 5, 1962, at 4:45 AM. He received a call at 4:25 telling him Marilyn Monroe was dead. Clemmons thought that Monroe was murdered and that her place was a staged death scene. He made some major accusations that the LAPD were involved in a cover up.

He had stated that when he entered Monroe's house, the maid was washing the laundry (at 4:45 am) and that Monroe's room appeared as though it had been cleaned prior to his arrival. In Clemmons's own words: "Marilyn was lying face down in what I call the soldier's position," said Clemmons. "Her hands were by her side and her legs were stretched out perfectly straight. It was the most obviously staged death scene I have ever seen. The pill bottles on her bedside table had been arranged in neat order and the body deliberately positioned. It all looked too tidy."

20. The twins have lot of money. WB has a new move to sell us. We will not really know the whole story. But what it all comes down to is that he made bad choices. His friend Mary kate is still making them for her self. Don't do drugs. Before those twins had their nose jobs, they looked like pug dogs. At least now one can bare to look at them.

21. Why does anyone think that it is our business to know the whole story to begin with? Heath Ledger wasn't any of your family members or even a friends, it really isn't any of our concern why and how he died. And it most certainly isn't our business who they called, when, that he was naked when found etc. The media has made it our business. If this was one of your loved ones I would bet that every one of you would be appalled at how this entire thing has been handled. Just let the poor man rest in peace!

22. Why not question Mary Kate? Maybe she could shed some light on why Heath died. Like, did you see him do drugs? Did he have any medical problems? Did he have any mental problems? It seems strange the commish is going out of his way to announce that they won't be questioning her when they could probably spend five minutes on the phone with her to get some basic info.

23. If as many resources were put into finding our missing children and other murders in this country as have been put into investigating Heath Ledger dying then our crime rate would be at a remarkable low. Aren't there better things the cops could be doing in New York city??

The cops have been out of it, as far as MKO is concerned, for days now they have said that there is no investigation of MKO and no further questioning is needed. It's TMZ amnd others trying to make a buck by keeping us interested in the story, it's their job to do this.
