K-Fed's Lawyer Wants Five for Fighting

K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has filed a motion asking the court to make Britney pay attorney's fees. If the motion is granted, we've learned Brit will be on the hook for more than $500,000 since last July.

Here's how it breaks down: The court has already awarded Kaplan $120,000 for fees earned between July 30 and October 8, 2007. We've learned in today's motion Kaplan is asking for fees in excess of $300,000 for work performed between October 8 and January 24, 2008. On top of that, Kaplan is asking for in excess of $100,000 for fees he will accumulate between now and the end of the custody trial, set for April.

A hearing on Kaplan's request for attorney's fees is set for March 10.

76. Brit-cooperate and gitter done! Get rid of this as fast as possible. The more you all stall, the more $$ Kaplan will git from da court. Just grit your teeth, and git it over with. Do what the judge says, even if you don't want to just to get your boys. Get really wonderful Grandma nannies that will not boss you around, yet will love and care for the boys when you don't feel good. See a therapist because you are going through a very traumatic time at a young age. This does not mean you are "NUTS". Anyone going through a divorce and custody battle is hurt and wonders why this has happened. And you have all of these nosy paps to add to the stress. It just means that you truely fell in love very young with a guy, who was not sincere, but you got 2 sweet and normal boys. These are very important years for the boys. They need Mommy and Daddy. All over the world, people are pulling for you. They love you for your talent, and beauty, and also for what you are going through. Lots of us have gone through it and it is very, very hard to deal with. More people understand than you know. Don't let mean and selfish Paps for your opinion of yourself. You know the REAl Britney. Love and Peace. You are being prayed for by everyone, and gladly.

I feel sorry for the girl but she made her bed and now were all supposed to be sympathetic????

Screw that. I watched as she left her snot nosed, pop slugging, candy eating babies at home so she could go out partying till all hours of the night, flashing her cooter for all to see. I watched like every one else while she smiled like the cat that had swallowed the canary while she was making out on the beach with her "white trash", married, with children back up dancer.

Then she got the looser that she tried so hard to steal, and look where it got her. I felt sorry for her for a time, but really she made her bed. No actually she didn't make her bed, she didn't even change her sheets. Now shes just a dirty, skanky, washed up has been that doesn't deserve to have the children she gave birth too and I'm supposed to feel bad because she had it all handed to her on a silver platter and then was spoon fed it????

Well guess what, sometimes when you pig out you end up choking.......

Play the video and watch carefully as the paparazzi zero in and get a close up of Adnan reading his text message from Sam Lufti when he's outside Brtiney's gated home. It is quite interesting what Sam says!!! Oh BTW, TMZ.com is reporting that Sam Lufti contacted TMZ's Harvey Levine to protest all the negative stories about him, he says her family "barged in." He apparently has Britney next to him during his phone call to TMZ because Sam poiht blank asks her if he forced her to buy a car and whether he bugs her. Funny to see also that FEDEX's attorney Kaplan is asking for $500,000 in additional attorney fees from Britney--LEECH! Anyways, the reason Adnan was arrived at Britney's is because she reportedly called him....but they were heard arguing later in the bathroom (I would be interested in knowing more about that!). It's nice to see that Adnan left Britney at home with her parents and gave them space and that Sam and Alli would not leave. I hope Adnan is looking out for Britney and not have any bad motives. We ALL KNOW SAM DOES and here I had thought Sam was looking out for Britney. SAD very SAD!!! What's more sad is one of the guy's that took a restraining order out on Sam Lufti has some not very good things to say about how he controls people--this guy was "supposedly" encouraged my Britney's parents to go forward with his story to everyone can see the real OSAMA "SAM" LUFTI. Judge for yourselves. I don't know these people at all, but I find it interesting how Sam keeps talking to Babs and the rest of the media, radio talkshows, and shows Britney in a bad light....You notice that on one recent posting Britney is checking out OK Magazine and she sees pictures of her kids and she says "I took that picture!"--on the video--I forget where I saw it, TMZ/X17 or something you see Sam quickly pull her away from the magazine and out the store....makes me wonder if Sam "sold" copies of Britney's "private" photos of her children to OK Mag or some other media!!! I would not be surprised!

89. K-Fed's lawyer is clearly taking advantage and is sucking Britney dry and for as much as the court will allow him . This is obscene. The court should tell him NO. If the court says yes, then Britney has no choice but to pay his obscene amount of money. Has anybody tallied up how much K-Fed's legal fees have added up versus Britneys.
