My Ex Is Dead, Now Pay Up, Suckers!

In a case of extremely bad (or at least distasteful) timing, the ex-wife of recently deceased Christian Brando is suing Christian's lawyers, alleging they hosed her out of money.

In a suit filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, Deborah Brando says she discovered in December 2007 that executors of the Marlon Brando Living Trust had altered it by forging Marlon's signature and that they intentionally tried to deceive her and screwed her out of property.

Deborah Brando is suing for fraud and deceit, conspiracy and professional negligence. She's asking for an unspecified amount.

Lawyers for the will's executors couldn't be immediately reached for comment.

16. I am not surprised at that woman's lack of morals. her mother worte a so called tell all book some years back called "Are You Lonesome Tonight?" In it she claims to have had an affair with Elvis for most of her life and that this daughter of hers, Deborah, is his biological daughter. She claimed that he wanted to marry her but never knew of the pregnancy. She also claimed that she was going to tell him the truth but he convieniantly died before she could. In other words, another she says book, with no proof that it is the truth. A DNA test has never been done, they claim they know the truth. Sick. Christian Brando isn't even cold in the grave and she is out to pick whatever he has clean...revolting. She is just like her mother...a liar and looking for the easy way to be supported. Hope she gets nothing!

17. It has never occurred to Deborah "Presley" that Christian may have been willing to sign ANYTHING TO GET AWAY FROM HER. She got him so doped-up and high he didn't know what he was doing in order to get married to him. He woke up the next morning horrified that he was married to her and wanted an anullment immediately. She's stalked him since 1988, claiming she saw a picture of him in People Magazine and she knew they were "destined:" to be together. Christian did not share her sense of their destiny and did his best for YEARS to get away from her. She managed to get close to him after his father died (by the way, his father couldn't stand her and he saw through her posing immediately). She's caused him more problems than she EVER knew. What a low-life. A sorry, crazy, pathologically-lying low-life. Why couldn't it have been HER to get the pneumonia!!

19. Its a shame that he accidentally stepped in S*** and she is the one looking to smell like the rose. I pray that he is looking down on the "gimmie girl" and does't allow that to happen . How sad for this family and for him , having been tricked by

28. This woman calls herself Deborah Presley. Was her real name Desiree Presley whose mum wrote a book called Are you Lonesome Tonight? Her mother was her a totally obsessed fan of Elvis Presley. They did a radio show together a while ago, answering questions from the public, most of whom thought these two women's claims were total bull. It's on YouTube:
