The 70-year-old veteran actress resurfaced at a charity event in West Hollywood last week, looking sensational.

After Sally turned down the role, Loretta Swit was cast as Hot Lips on the TV series.

Sally supplements her income with commercial voice-overs and singing in small clubs throughout the country.

25. I love Sally Kellerman...she has the sexiest drawl ever, and was kooky and krazy way before her time! But someone needs to tell her not to put dark eye shadow onto her already deep set eye...making them look like two sump holes in her face. Plus, this is an extreme close up...I doubt anyone would look good in this shot!
Try a lighter shade on your eyelids, and no contouring in the crease...miles different, you'll see! Still love ya, baby!

26. 70-year-old women who still color their hair look like beaten down 50 year olds. If she had a stylish, short, salt and pepper grey haircut she would look beautiful and age appropriate.

27. The right hair style and the right lighting and you would all be saying how good she looks. This phot was taken to emphasize every line. None of the Hollywood glamour girls, including Angelina, Cameron Diaz etc. could survive this kind of photo.
