38. Its bad in east tx too. had it 1rst of December. Its was so bad my tonsals were swollen to the point u needed a freakin straw just to breathe. I kept the natural ricola and a throat spray by the bedan took anitbiotics I had for a fish tanks and came around about 2 weeks later..
