Birkhead Now Larry Stuffedhead

Larry Birkhead feels like crap.

Birkhead spoke with TMZ a few minutes ago and said he didn't travel to the Bahamas for the Daniel Smith inquest because he was hospitalized with a temp of 106. Birkhead says he's been in the hospital twice with a severe case of the flu and was too sick to travel. Ditto Dannielynn, who has an ear infection.

Birkhead says he's already made arrangements to testify at the inquest sometime in March.

Also, the photo we ran earlier today, showing him out dancing -- was taken on his birthday last week and just released today.

For the record, his voice sounds like Kathleen Turner.

48. Holy Crap. Doesn't this free loading loser ever go away? I remember him saying his number one priority was to protect his daughter from the media. So why does he not stay out of it? He has got his butt so far up his a$$.

49. To #15 Jannie and others, unfortunately Dannielynn may have health problems due to her mother's drug habit; only time will time as the baby gets older, and those that provided ANS with these drugs should be charged and convicted of this crime.

51. 106 fever ? I think it may be aids. Strept throat from Oral ---. This slime of a man looks like he is into drugs and drink. Face not looking to sobber. In the end he will get what he gives. Maybe he can not afford the flight fair to the Bahamas cause his Cash Cow can't work with a patch over her eye. The man who exploits his baby is probably low on funds . Spending to much in the Bars. Maybe the judge should look at his parenting abilities.

Larry gave his statement to the Bahamian Police BEFORE he partnered up with Stern.It would be nice if Larry went to the Inquest to defend his daughters brother!

57. BOY - you people have really turned on him in a hurry! Just ONE picture of him grinding his butt and all hell breaks loose! YES - adults can run 106 and live to tell about it. A baby with an ear infection is nothing but a short ear canal and they grow out of it. She is NOT going blind - one crossed eye can be fixed. As far as being fetal alcohol syndrome - TIME will tell. DON'T BLAME LARRY FOR THAT - ANNA WAS CLEAN WITH HIM - blame HKS who pushed the drugs down her throat and killed HER and Daniel! Why he has to go to the Bahamas I don't know - but I would NEVER take DannieLynn to see the witch from Texas Grandmother,. THAT IS TOO MUCH! Give the guy a break and don't judge too quickly and you won't have to apologize! I just wish he wouldn't exploite DannieLynn as he is - and he'd be better getting a job than making an ass of himself TO the media. He doesn't need that!! 60. Larry looks so sleazy and low in the picture above. He reminds me of Kato Kaelin, but not as clean. I can smell him through my computer screen.
