Brandy Grilled About Fatal Crash

Memyself and I is correct. the CHP found that Brandy was not, I repeat, was not responsible for the accident nor responsible for Aboudihaj's death. The investigation determined the Aboudihaj, who was found to have had marijuana in her system, slammed into the car in front of her therefore causing a chain reaction accident. So here you go - you have a dead woman who was driving while possibly under the influence of marijuana, crashed her car and got killed as a result of it. There is no civil case here in my opinion. This is clearly a money grab. If I were the judge I would throw out the case.

32. It seems like the dead womans initial acciden't is what caused the wake of acciident's after her leading up to brandy's car, not the other way around. It seems she was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Isn't it funny how TMZ is the source in which revealed that Brandy wasn't at fault do to the evidence found , yet now they choose to omitt this little miniscule fact leading to confusion among the dumber posters or the dumb posters with a grudge. Leave brandy alone, if she was found not to be at fault in the criminal matter then how are you hoping to get money out of her.

She killed someone.. she should pay.. these stars think they own the roads, stores and everything else..and when something happens tradically they always seem to get off.. why is this? are they not responsible for anything or any of their actions? Brandy is a nobody but she needs to be accpountable for her actions!!

35. I thought I heard something a while back that said it wasn't Brandy's car that actually caused the woman's fatal injuries. I heard it was another car that caused the life threatening injuries to her before Brandy's car even hit her. Did anyone else hear that too?

36. 26. What difference does it make . The driver was responsivble for her accident regardless of the means AGAIN the district attorneys office found that the driver was at fault for her accident becuase the California highway patrol said that the driver Aboudihaj actually struck the car in front of her and then slammed on her brakes before Brandy made contact. WHAT DON'T YOU DUMBASS'S GET ABOUT THAT.

37. I guess I should not be too amazed by some of the ridiculous (and very poorly written I might add) comments... though some of you are just plain ignorant.. and proud of it, based on your comments.

You don't know Brandy, you weren't in the SUV with her, you weren't there after she struck the car and was in hysterics worried for the life of the woman who caused the accident to happen in the first place.

You spew venom at Brandy in spite of her innocence because she's black, wealthy, a celebrity ... and you are so unfulfulled in your mundane lives that anyone who has a bigger pot to piss in than you deserves to go to jail or pay an extortionist.

Get over yourself... racism and jealousy are very ugly people.

38. You well DEB don't act like you didn't know the details of the case. You came out gunz blazing calling Brandy a murderer when you didn't even have all the facts to make the assumption, especially such a serious assumtion. Do you just toss accusations around like that offline as well. Do you yell out "RAPE" when you see aa couple kissing in public becuase you didn't have the proper information deeming that they are a couple so you jumed to yoru own conclusion.

I said the California HIGHWAY PATROL deemed she was unresponsible , you know, the people who's job it is to find out stuff like that. They ran all sorts of niftey little tests and what not and deemed from the wreckage that the victim hit the car infront of her causing a wake behind her. That on top of the illegal substance of marujuana beign found in the system of the victim which you don't need to be Quincey to know that more then likley played a part in the accident. And yet you still are trying to refute that. Are you trying to imply there's some sort of conspiracy becuase Brandy's a celeb in which the law enforcment of California palnted evidence on the victim makign her look at fault and sending brandy in the clear. The must have really loved Moesha huh. Shes nto at fault, GET OVER IT.

42. The woman who was killed tested for VERY small traces of Pot in her system. It doesn't mean that she was a friggin Junkie!!!What has been determined is that she struck the vehicle ahead of her, THUS, creating a chain reaction. Brandy's car then struck hers and caused her death. It was one of those totally unfortunate/unavoidable/fatal accidents. Sad....for everyone involved. Now shut up and get back to real life.
